This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever received from a local business. Starting with the false advertising, poor training of the staff members, customer service, poor verbal communication with both the salesman and the actual owner! I researched the company before arriving and discovered they offered an "in house financing" option. The sales was very helpful in picking out the perfect bed suite and was courteous enough in price matching a local competitor! The contract was signed and the 33% deposit was put down as stated on the WEBSITE. The next day, I was contacted by the salesman stating, " we cannot honor the price you were given yesterday, the owner says it's too cheap of price. So we have refunded your debit card." Ummm.... excuse me? Who's problem is this? (Mind you a whole contract was signed before leaving the facility) The salesmen had no solutions to help fix the situation, but was able to give me the contact to Mr. Harry. This is where everything went south. Harry was not helpful AT ALL. He blamed the salesman's age on why the price was given incorrectly. But, this is who you hired to run your store by himself? I was told by Harry that the price I was given was for an "out right buy out". ANd if I wanted to keep that price I had to bring him more money. If that's the case, where is the pricing listed for various buying options? SHOW ME? Harry has NOTHING in writing that show these imaginary policies and still refused to honor the stores mistake. He was very rude and eventually hung...

I recently went to Alberts Furniture to purchase theee bedroom sets, a living room set and furniture for my three season room. I purchased a home and wanted to furnish it. Alberts looked like a nice store but unfortunately they have different prices for different customers. One of the older brothers who was very nice helped me on Friday I didn't make a purchase that day because I had to measure one of the rooms to be sure the couch would fit. When I returned on Monday the younger brother waited on me and the prices of the same pieces increased between 100 and 300 dollars. I told him his older brother quoted me one price and he another which was much higher. He didn't seem to be bothered by that and said I must have misunderstood. Fortunately I wrote down the prices I asked him if there was a delivery charge and how much it would be he replied ' you have to make a purchase or put a deposit down before he would give me an answer. I told him I needed to know the delivery charges before I make a purchase which is not an unreasonable request. I found this to be very distasteful. My purchase would have been cash, no financing or credit cards. I suppose a 5-6,000 purchase means nothing to him. So the bottom line is that I will take my money and buy furniture elsewhere. Interesting experience here. When I walked in their was a young girl who rolled her eyes. I asked her if she work here. She stated she friend with Mohamed and just hanging out but could help me if I needed it. Laughable right? Once Mohamed was free he showed me some options for a twin bed! We made a deal but I ask if the item will fit in my car because I like to take it today. Of course he is like “yeah yeah it will fit, I do this all the time.” He takes my cards run my license. I meet him in the back alley and hey states “there no way this will fit, can you come back with a truck” Remind you I am in a midsize truck already. At this point he states after he see my frustration that it’s only 250 dollars I don’t need your money.” The reason I posted a review was because that line “it’s only 250” imagine every black customer you serve takes away 250 from their purchase? What if you lost the black dollar altogether? Mohamed is young! I dealt with who I assume was his father or uncle before and had no problem. This review is based on this experience only. I would give them 3.5 stars overall. Bottom line watch your mouth young boy! Get customer training service from your father before...
