CAMP AUTO AND TRUCK — Local services in Wayne

So I was going to write this review a few months ago but things happened and I couldn’t get around to it. My car got towed to this location and when I came here to check on it because insurance was taking awhile to pick it up, the location was sus and the man who showed me where my car was parked was also a bit strange. Didn’t think anything of it. I had a lot of items and personal belongings in my trunk including 2 pairs of balenciaga sneakers. They were the same color one pair was just a size bigger. So When I got my car back I took everything out to bring into my house and I realized that I only had two left shoes. The right ones were nowhere to be found. I thought That was strange then I realized someone stole a pair thinking they got away with a brand new pair of balenciagas meanwhile they didn’t notice there were TWO pairs and they accidentally took two of the same right shoes. 1. My boyfriend was in a car accident and we went to go get his plates and the things out of his car. They wouldn't let us take his plates and made us wait for around 20 minutes until someone could walk the 50 yards to his car to watch us take the things from his car. However, I will disclose they said they had a policy saying the insurance had to pick up the plates and they were busy. (One guy before us was selling scrap metal and another was selling his car.) I just didn't understand why someone had to walk us over to the car to watch us take the stuff out to begin with. However, I will say the employee who took us over was extremely friendly and even allowed me to drive my truck back so we didn't have to make several trips back and forth. Had it not been for the 20 minute wait and the 2 phone calls that had to be made to the insurance company it would have been a 4-5 star review in my book, but both were present hence...

Worst experience ever! Was told they were towing my car and are in the parking lot. And he didn’t my car sat overnight and got broken into. After I told him this is not a good area thank you so much for grabbing it. The next day they call me saying there at the location to tow my car. I was confused they didn’t call me to notify that they were not actually towing my car the first time. Even after I expressed how its so important it need to be towed so it dosnt get broken into! Then I pull up to make sure this time that it dose get towed for the tow truck guy to tell me his towe truck will not fit.
