Noches de Colombia — Restaurant in Lincoln Park

The worst place ever!!! Been to all the restaurants of Noches but this one is by far the worst restaurant! First of all they should update their website because they don’t offer delivery until after 11 am but their website lets you order with delivery. They call you to tell you they don't have delivery but they don't call you to tell you they are changing your food because they don't have something. I spoke to the manager edward which all he said pretty much yeah we totally missed your add on to the meal now you have to wait until 11 am to get your delivery or come back after I had to go out of my way to pick it up from the beginning even though I requested delivery! Then they say they cannot refund me my money like wth is that? So its my problem you messed up. I asked if he will do anything for the inconvenience and he said yes you will get your food you order. Wow! Thank god you guys are so thoughtful in fulfilling my order at least! I ordered online, had to wait 30 extra minutes from the time I was given that was already a half hour from when I ordered, because my actual order was given to someone else. I was told they were already making what I had ordered for another table, and they would give me that. The gentleman at the counter said he would also throw in some extra food. I said that’s not necessary, I just want the food that I ordered. I came back in, after waiting an hour and gave me, what I had assumed was my order, and threw in a few sodas. I got home to an order of calamari (did not order and don’t eat), a steak order (did not order and don’t eat, and a chicken dish that we did not order and only one of us could eat, as we didn’t know if the sauce that it was in had any dairy in it. What I actually ordered was a chicken sandwich with queso and guacamole and PECHUGA EMPANIZADA, so we had to throw out 3/4 of the food that was incorrectly given to us. We have come there many times and this is the third or fourth issue we’ve now had with take out. This time I reached out to be refunded since my WHOLE order was wrong, and no one got back to me. Very disappointing experience here as I brought my husband yesterday for his birthday lunch. We waited 40 minutes with only our beverages served to us. When the waitress comes within the next 5 minutes, she serves us soup which we did not order. We repeatedly tried to explain to our waitress that this was not what we ordered. She just looked at us, trying, but unable to have a conversation with us in English. (we do not speak Spanish). Another waitress points to our waitress indicating the soup belonged to the table behind us. NOTE: Those people behind us came in the restaurant after us & are getting their food before us! We go to the register where the manager was standing & we tell him our dilemma. The manager says please" wait still" as we want you to have a good experience at our restaurant. Is this manager for real ? The manager never went in the kitchen to resolve the problem of our food never coming out ...we ordered a simple vegetable salad & a chicken sandwich.
