Took my silver pendant to repair because it was eroding. The gentleman who took my order was polite and acted like he was listening when I gave him specific instructions on what I wanted, he said no problem and told me that they were behind a week. 2 Weeks later I called and was told that miraculously my piece was finished that exact afternoon and it was ready to be picked up. Flag number one. Then when I picked it up, I was helped by a different guy, found that they added a pencils tip worth of silver and charged me 20.00 for it. I asked him why they didn't do what I asked and he had the audacity to tell me that they can do that later when the repair brake again. Unbelievable!!! Do not go there, find someone else like I did for my second repair. I can just imagine what are they doing in the sales side, I would be terrified to buy anything...
