I don't think I have ever left a review before, but this place left such a big impact on me that I feel I must! This was hands down the best dental experience I've ever had. Ms. Sam at the front desk was so friendly and explained all of the billing and my treatment plan to me. It took almost no time for them to get me back. Ms. Sierra and Dr. Mertz were so friendly and personable! Due to mental health and trying to finish my degree, I had not gone to the dentist in several years. I was very afraid there would be some judgement or lecturing, but they were so understanding and compassionate. Dr. Mertz addressed and explained each of my concerns and throughout my entire appointment both Ms. Sierra and Dr. Mertz were very clear about what they were doing to me, what I should expect to feel, and what everything she said meant. There were no surprises and as someone with severe anxiety that was so appreciated. Dr. Mertz was so gentle and it really felt like she knew what she was doing. I was more relaxed during my cleaning than I have been in a long time! I also want to throw in an honorable mention for the goodie bag they gave me! Not only did it have a toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, and mouthwash, but there was also some chapstick and some really nice lotion! This is definitely the only dental office I plan on going to! I'd give it 100 stars...

Another person here that doesn’t write hardly any reviews, but this office is more than deserving! We moved here over 2 years ago and I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost the same length of time, trying to find our new ‘home’ office. I had been to one in MW and wasn’t very impressed with their standard of care, so I scheduled with LMNT after glowing recommendations from a local FB group. It was an absolute top notch experience from start to finish; the staff is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I was taken care of by Brett, Sierra, and Dr.Mertz who were all such a pleasure! Dr.Mertz was especially thorough in her exam, pointing out certain things no other dentist had noticed or cared to mention before. I definitely appreciated their transparency in billing and insurance explanations and found my personal OOP costs to be more than fair considering the treatment needed. Three fillings and I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort- they even have TV’s on the ceiling with all the main steaming services AND wireless headphones! From the office design, to the treatment plan and continued care recommendations, it’s clear that LMNT has impeccable attention to detail and truly cares about the patients’ experience. My experience with dentists went from awful to amazing in one visit. Everyone was so kind and transparent. I knew they were not trying to upsell me on unnecessary treatments. They offer things like fidget stones for anxiety while you’re in the chair and their office is very modern/clean and accommodating- which is a lot more than most offices can say! I felt so taken care of and I loved seeing a good family run business with the doctor’s husband and daughter up front covering for their billing specialist who was sick. I am blown away by how kind, accessible, and approachable they made this entire process was. They were so patient, answered all my questions with a genuine smile (no matter how granular). I love that there is such quality here in Weatherford. I mean, my goody bag with my toothbrush and toothpaste was packaged like a little gift, complete with branded tissue paper and bags.
