Gosh I hate leaving bad reviews, but hoping it'll create the much needed conversation for growth and knowledge. Booking was too convenient (should've been my first clue) but I badly needed a haircut and a refresh. I asked for a cut and partial highlight, with emphasis on the front. Nothing really happened in the front at all, more time was spent in the back and highlights look different on the right and left side of head. I dealt with that by redoing my roots further down. Haircut was bad. Didn't measure to make sure sides we even. Parts were completely blunt. Used a scissors in a "slide" motion (saw others using that style too, maybe the salon trains this way?) rather than more of a texturing cut. My hair feels blunt, uneven, heavier and almost less healthy than before. Nothing was blended. Lastly, lots of talking and some about the owner which was in very poor taste. I don't mind chit chat, but when you can't really get a word in, it's like I was there to listen only. Normally I would try and go back in for things to be fixed, but after watching others do the same thing as far as the haircut, I don't really trust anyone to do my hair there. I’ve been with Faith since 2020, and to be totally honest, I had NO IDEA she was a newer stylist when she first touched my hair. That’s how good she was — and still is. She came highly recommended and lived up to every bit of the hype, and then some.

Faith isn’t just a hairstylist — she’s a magician, a therapist, a hype woman, and a full-on miracle worker with a flat iron. Her work speaks for itself: flawless cuts, rich color, healthy hair, and styles that actually last (because let’s be real, not all stylists can say that).

I’ve never once questioned her prices because I know I’m sitting in the chair of the BEST. She’s the real deal — a perfectionist in the best way, someone who actually cares about your hair and your confidence when you leave.

And trust me — if she can deal with my sass and standards for this many years and still have me walking out feeling like Beyoncé, she can handle anything.
