If you NEED help with anything Cricket, DO NOT GO TO THIS WEBB CITY LOCATION! The manager, Melissa lied to my 80 year old Gramma on a fixed income to attempt to make her spend over $200.00 unnecessarily. She said they do not give customers paper receipts for payments made, that sounds suspicious. Due to there stores internet service continually going out, they were unable to even finish our transaction. We then went to the Cricket located on Rangeline in Joplin, Mo and found out exactly how we were lied to by the manager at WEBB CITY LOCATION, Melissa. Melissa then called corporate trying to get the Joplin store in trouble by saying they let us call from their store to cuss them out. Really? Yet another lie from Melissa. This female needs to be FIRED...

Purchased phones on July 19th. Paid an extra $50 for the ICE screen protector. My husband cracked his screen 3 weeks ago. We have continuously been blown off. Told we needed to file our own claim when we didnt apply the product. Was told to begin with to come to the store for a claim number and we could go and get the phone repaired. Then it turned into waiting for an email. Here we are almost 2 weeks after visiting the store with no emails. No phone calls back from the manager. When my husband does call he is lied to. Or like me was told the manager was either on lunch or sick. Very disappointed with this store. I have been a cricket customer for 5 yrs. Never had any issues with any other store we have visited. We’ve been with Cricket for 3 years now and I will NOT go anywhere else. From day 1 Melissa the Webb City store manager has been incredible-down to the point she knows our kids names! When things didn’t go well with our old carriage Melissa not only got us an incredible deal but she even checked in afterwards to make sure that we were satisfied.

Yesterday, we stopped in and upgraded ALL our phones. Melissa was able to get all 5 lines new phones and still stay under our budget! Joanne helped and she was incredibly sweet and helpful.
