Dollar General — Local services in Webb City

I went to Dollar General to get a gallon of milk. Some of their freezers were broken and had signs on them to not open the doors. The freezer with the milk HAD NO SIGN ON IT TO NOT OPEN THE DOOR. When I went to check out the cashier told me she could not sell me the milk. I asked her why and she told me it was old. I looked at the expiration date and told her it was May 29th. She immediately changed her story and said that all of the freezers were broken. I told her that if all the freezers were broken then they need to get all of the products out of there if they were old or not good. She continued to argue with me and refused to sell me the milk. Dollar General needs to get better customer service and they need to change the way they run their business. Me and my family went to this location bc it was closer than Wal-Mart however I regret that decision now. The store manager, Carri, was extremely rude and incompetent towards me and my husband just bc we wanted our ticket fixed bc we didn't get the sale price. She was slamming things around, and kept saying it was her last week and she didn't care. Didn't issue our refund and told us to get out. I have never been treated so poorly by someone who is supposed to be in customer service. She had started a scene in front of the whole store and it was embarrassing.
