WildFire Pizza and Pub — Restaurant in Webb City

I would not recommend this establishment unless ownership makes a major change. My family and I have attended many kaoroke nights under previous ownership when it was called JJs Pizza and enjoyed the food and experiences. Sadly, upon attending this evenings event, we received subpar service with the waitress forgetting drinks and orders. That was understandable because of the amount of business there tonight. When we began receiving our orders from a male server, my Fathers order was incorrect as he had ordered a barbecue beef pizza and was handed a beef pizza with tomato sauce. Upon respectfully and courteously pointing out this flaw, the food server said, “Take it or leave it.” My dad, thinking the server was joking, asked nicely for a replacement. The owner repeated his words, and my dad asked, “Your goofing right?” The guys said, “No, take it or leave it” and walked away. Wanting to speak with the manager or owner, he went up to see if he could figure out the problem. The guy turned out to be the owner, and when my dad went up there, the owner kicked him out. Not yet knowing this, one of our group took up the pizza and simply asked for a replacement. When the owner said no, and did so very disrespectfully, she asked, “Is this how you treat your customers?” The owner yelled at her and promptly kicked her out as well. Because of this biligerent and insolent behavior from the owner, all 11 of us left and will not...

0/10 would not recommend. I’ve never experienced that terrible of service in my life. We waited an hour to have our order taken without complaint, then received a wrong order and politely told the owner (who served the pizza) that wasn’t what was ordered and the person couldn’t eat that. He responded with “take it or leave it” he was asked if he was joking and he said “no, take it or leave it”. When he stormed off someone brought the pizza up and tried to explain again, he yelled in her face to “get out”. He yelled at many people in our group when we tried to pay and air our grievances. Do not attend this business, that is no way to treat your customers and I have a feeling they won’t be around for long. If you’re paying $15-$20 for a pizza it’s not “take it or leave it”, you fix the mistake your kitchen made. The food is not worth...

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. Great pizza and the s'mores dessert pizza is phenomenal! UPDATE There has been a change in ownership, unfortunately no more buffett..we hadn't stopped in for awhile but were close by and hungry...for a Sunday afternoon, we surprised we were the only customers. Menu is basically the same but the names of the pizzas have changed, and so have the prices.. we had cheese bread, the works pizza, and meaty mad dog and my daughter was NOT leaving without her favorite S'mores pizza. Every thing was absolutely fantastic! So 2 beers, 1 cheesy bread 2 pizzas, 1 soda, 1 tea, 1 child drink, 1 dessert pizza(9 inch) ....$102.and some change... not a fan of the price increase, but still a huge fan...
