Back in late January, I contacted Fire and Facet Studios to schedule a consultation for a custom engagement ring for my now wife.

I met with Peter an hour or two later. When I arrived, Peter greeted me and went over all the options I had when it came to designing a truly special engagement ring. Peter was even willing to stay open later, so we could really dial-in the design.

Throughout the entire process, Peter maintained excellent communication and customer service; sending me photos and videos of sample stones, keeping me up to date on timelines, and also keeping me up to date on the price. He also provided very helpful advice the whole time (which I really appreciated, since had never bought, let alone designed an engagement ring before).

Once the ring was built, Peter sent me a truly spectacular video of the final product. And better yet, my wife loved the ring too!

Not only did Peter help me design a one of kind engagement ring that my wife loves wearing, but he and his team were able to deliver on a very compressed time schedule! From the time I selected the design, to when I picked the ring up - only about two weeks had passed. The ability to get this completed quickly was paramount since our elopement was very soon. The price was also incredibly fair as well!

Honestly cannot say enough good things. I worked with Pete and his team to design custom wedding bands for my partner and me. I sent him the worst hand-drawn sketch you can imagine, and somehow he and his team were able to turn it into exactly what I had been dreaming of. He kept me informed every step of the way, sending me photo updates of the progress. The finished product was stunning. Everything was perfect. He overnight shipped the bands to me, including all the documents (and to my delight printed copies of my own hand-drawn sketch with the artist renderings side by side).
