"Exclusive Furniture Where Low Prices Live" I think its really cool when someone thinks up a slogan and hits the jackpot because it sticks in everyone's head! I saw they had this new location in Webster. one evening a few weeks back but it was too late in the evening when we passed back by. I had made a visit to the Almeda Mall location and was not impressed at all. We were hit by Harvey in 2017 and when I went in last year and told the salesman the type of platform bed i was looking for he told me i could get on the internet and find it there! 😬 I cant belive they actually pay people to be rude to potential customers! I did want to visit the new location as the outside was so appealing. I had no expectation of being helped when I went in. Actually that is probably the second reason I went in, I remembered my experience at the other location and felt certain no one would even bother acknowledging the fact we were there so I wouldn't be pressured by anyone, if anything I'd be redirected to the internet. Upon entering the store and being awed by the grand staircase and bright lights a gentleman welcomed us in, introduced his self as Robert, ask if we had been in before and if we were looking for anything specific. I was hesitant to tell him so I said we were just looking. He told me about the layout of the store, ask if we would like anytime to drink and told me they had an area just for kids if I wanted to let the little go see. I had not planned for anything other then a fast paced walk around the store and then we would be on our way. Robert told me if I needed anything to let him know. We proceeded on and to my surprise after we went around the first corner I saw a sectional sofa that looked almost like the one I lost in the 2001 flood. It was the 1st sofa we had ever purchased in 95, was my favorite couch ever and no matter where I looked (even the store I purchased it from) no o e ever had anything like it or even close until now. I was so excited! As we walked on they had several couches like it in different materials, colors and fabrics, even leather. I had not seen a bed like I was looking for though. About that time Robert came by to see if I had any questions, if I had found anything I liked or if we had changed our minds on something to drink. I told him I had found many items by now but our house was not yet at the point to be ready for livingroom or dining room furniture. We were still waiting to finish the prep, texture and paint on our walls and then we would have to get floors before we would set furniture on it. He was very kind and empathetic as I told him of our difficulties since the flood, many health issues and the devastating loss of our son. I did tell him if I found a bed similar to what i had only seen on the internet that I would purchase it that day and would no doubt be back to purchase the livingroom furniture from him. He again told us to let him know if we found or needed anything at all As we had finished looking at the entire bottom floor he showed back up to see if anything came close to what I wanted, and ask exactly what it was I was looking for. I told him I could show him the picture, I had been looking at it on the internet for close to 3 years now but really wanted to see it for myself before I made a purchase, have it shipped and find that it wasnt the quality I saw pictured. He told me they had access to so many beds online and if I had time he would show.me what they had. We went back to where they had computers set up and he quickly pulled up a few hundred. After sometime my little on was getting restless and I had already told her if she was patient we would look at the play room as we left. Robert offers to take my information and continue trying to locate what I wanted, he have me his card and told me he would not bug me but only call if he found what I wanted. As agreed we headed to the playroom. I was sure it wouldn't be too appealing to a 10 year old. An hour later we left. I didn't want to but I had to still go get groceries. What an awesome playland they had.

We went to Exclusive Furniture looking for a new sectional for our home. We have bought furniture from Rooms to Go, Bel, and American Furniture before. This time my husband wanted a better experience and better quality on the furniture. Ms. Angela received my husband and I with arms open. She was very welcoming. First we kinda looked around the whole store. My husband mentioned he wanted a new mattress as well and I mentioned I wanted a new bedroom set. We looked at mattresses first. The mattress sales man showed us several including some that were up to 10k. He said he could also include two pillows, sheets, and a mattress cover for a low fee. We thought it was a good deal. We moved on to look at living room sectionals and found something we liked. Then we went on to look at dining room tables because we said well might as well get a new one since we are already making a big purchase. We were at exclusive since 6 pm until almost midnight. We went back and forth with the Manager Mike making our package and our deal. To all this we also added two rugs. The sectional is special order so it will take around 6 weeks and we said that was no problem. We set the delivery date for the following Saturday which was 8 days from the day we placed the order. We were only able to bring home 1 pillow and mattress cover because they didnt have the sheets or other pillow in stock. Mike said he would give us a call the following day to go pick up our pillow. Three days passed and I still had not heard from Mike. Every time I tried calling the store it would go straight to the machine. Had to drive up there after work to get in touch with them. Mike said the mattress sales man didnt bring the pillow from the other store yet but that they would come deliver it to our home themselves when they got it in or better yet they were going to put it on the delivery truck so it could be dropped off Saturday with the bedroom, dining room, and mattress. I said ok and left the store that day with the two rugs I had gotten the day we bought everything else. Come Saturday we get an estimate that the furniture would be delivered from 3-8 pm. My husband took apart our old bedroom set and dining room table and moved them to the attic. 6:45 pm we get a call from the driver saying they only have the mattress and the table but no chairs or bedroom set. Needless to say we were very upset. We tried calling the store again but of course their system never works. We drive up there that same night to complain to Mike that our furniture was not delivered after they had 8 days to make sure they got it right. We now had no where to sleep since our bed was moved out. He made some calls and finally said he would discount some of the delivery fee. I mentioned how upset I was and wanted to get a bench for the inconvenience. He said yes that was fine and they would put it on the truck with the rest of the items to be delivered 2 days later. Come Monday evening and we get everything on the delivery truck except for the pillow and the bench. This has been the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Furniture Store. We felt like Ms. Angela treated us like family and the mattress expert was very kind also. But we are not happy with the way things played out at the end. We are still waiting to hear about our pillow and bench, and also waiting on our sectional. It’s not every day someone buys a new bedroom set, new mattress, new rugs, new dinging room set and a new living room set. We spent a lot of money and we feel like this was not a pleasing experience.

Exclusive Furniture gave me bed bugs and never took responsibility. After several months and multiple backaches, I was finally looking to replace my 22 year old mattress and boxspring. In my search, I settled on Exclusive Furniture in Webster, TX. I walked into the store on June 29th and walked out that day having purchased a new mattress, frame, a pillow, etc. They also agreed to remove my old mattress and boxspring for no charge; that the “sales team would split the charge”. (Additionally, I thought they provided same day delivery but the soonest delivery date was July 4th.) On July 4th, I was delivered a faulty mattress and adjustable frame that I purchased from Exclusive Furniture. By July 8th, I woke up with bed bug and I noticed my old mattress and box spring illegally dumped at my complex’s dumpster by Exclusive Furniture. The morning of July 8th, I drove to the store to show my bitten legs, arms, collar bone, back, and eight baggies of the bed bugs I caught in the bed. The manager told me he had to call the owner “personally” and I would hear back from them after “he was out of a big meeting”. The manager also stated to me that the delivery drivers are required to wrap all old mattresses before they are removed from site. Please see the attached image of my 22 year old mattress, boxspring, and a third mattress all unwrapped at the dumpster. That evening I heard from Exclusive Furniture and was told they were going to work on getting me an exchange to please provide pictures to their customer service text line. As of Wednesday, July 9th, they refused responsibility. I called every day - some calls just rang and rang and other times I was passed around customer service representatives. I asked to speak to a manager, any manager; I was told they were in a meeting and never given a name of who I was speaking to or waiting to hear back from. I have bites all over my body, lost two days of work, I had to notify my landlord of the bed bugs, pack up all my belongings, stayed in a hotel three nights, have to have an exterminator come once a week for who knows how long to spray my home, not to mention laundering every item I own, etc. I saved up my money for this important purchase and I’ve spent more money in a span of four days than I have in my whole life. I don’t feel safe in my home, I feel violated, and forced out of my home. I’m exhausted and my anxiety has been out of control. I’d like to just have my money back especially after all the money I spent just surviving, compensated for totally upheaving my entire life, and the emotional distress I’ve endured. I never had a problem with bed bugs and my complex has never had them… the only new items in my apartment were purchased from Exclusive Furniture. Save your money and go to a more reputable seller.

We proceeded on and to my surprise after we went around the first corner I saw a sectional sofa that looked almost like the one I lost in the 2001 flood. It was the 1st sofa we had ever purchased in 95, was my favorite couch ever and no matter where I looked (even the store I purchased it from) no o e ever had anything like it or even close until now. I was so excited! As we walked on they had several couches like it in different materials, colors and fabrics, even leather. I had not seen a bed like I was looking for though. About that time Robert came by to see if I had any questions, if I had found anything I liked or if we had changed our minds on something to drink. I told him I had found many items by now but our house was not yet at the point to be ready for livingroom or dining room furniture. We were still waiting to finish the prep, texture and paint on our walls and then we would have to get floors before we would set furniture on it. He was very kind and empathetic as I told him of our difficulties since the flood, many health issues and the devastating loss of our son. I did tell him if I found a bed similar to what i had only seen on the internet that I would purchase it that day and would no doubt be back to purchase the livingroom furniture from him. He again told us to let him know if we found or needed anything at all As we had finished looking at the entire bottom floor he showed back up to see if anything came close to what I wanted, and ask exactly what it was I was looking for. I told him I could show him the picture, I had been looking at it on the internet for close to 3 years now but really wanted to see it for myself before I made a purchase, have it shipped and find that it wasnt the quality I saw pictured. He told me they had access to so many beds online and if I had time he would show.me what they had. We went back to where they had computers set up and he quickly pulled up a few hundred. After sometime my little on was getting restless and I had already told her if she was patient we would look at the play room as we left. Robert offers to take my information and continue trying to locate what I wanted, he have me his card and told me he would not bug me but only call if he found what I wanted. We went to Exclusive Furniture looking for a new sectional for our home. We have bought furniture from Rooms to Go, Bel, and American Furniture before. This time my husband wanted a better experience and better quality on the furniture. Ms. Angela received my husband and I with arms open. She was very welcoming. First we kinda looked around the whole store. My husband mentioned he wanted a new mattress as well and I mentioned I wanted a new bedroom set. We looked at mattresses first. The mattress sales man showed us several including some that were up to 10k. He said he could also include two pillows, sheets, and a mattress cover for a low fee. We thought it was a good deal. We moved on to look at living room sectionals and found something we liked. Then we went on to look at dining room tables because we said well might as well get a new one since we are already making a big purchase. We were at exclusive since 6 pm until almost midnight. We went back and forth with the Manager Mike making our package and our deal. To all this we also added two rugs. The sectional is special order so it will take around 6 weeks and we said that was no problem. We set the delivery date for the following Saturday which was 8 days from the day we placed the order. We were only able to bring home 1 pillow and mattress cover because they didnt have the sheets or other pillow in stock. Mike said he would give us a call the following day to go pick up our pillow. Three days passed and I still had not heard from Mike. Every time I tried calling the store it would go straight to the machine. Had to drive up there after work to get in touch with them. Mike said the mattress sales man didnt bring the pillow from the other store yet but that they would come deliver it to our home themselves when they got it in or better yet they were going to put it on the delivery truck so it could be dropped off Saturday with the bedroom, dining room, and mattress. I said ok and left the store that day with the two rugs I had gotten the day we bought everything else. Come Saturday we get an estimate that the furniture would be delivered from 3-8 pm. My husband took apart our old bedroom set and dining room table and moved them to the attic. 6:45 pm we get a call from the driver saying they only have the mattress and the table but no chairs or bedroom set. Needless to say we were very upset. We tried calling the store again but of course their system never works. We drive up there that same night to complain to Mike that our furniture was not delivered after they had 8 days to make sure they got it right. We now had no where to sleep since our bed was moved out. He made some calls and finally said he would discount some of the delivery fee. I mentioned how upset I was and wanted to get a bench for the inconvenience. He said yes that was fine and they would put it on the truck with the rest of the items to be delivered 2 days later. Come Monday evening and we get everything on the delivery truck except for the pillow and the bench. This has been the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Furniture Store. We felt like Ms. Angela treated us like family and the mattress expert was very kind also. But we are not happy with the way things played out at the end. We are still waiting to hear about our pillow and bench, and also waiting on our sectional. Exclusive Furniture gave me bed bugs and never took responsibility.

After several months and multiple backaches, I was finally looking to replace my 22 year old mattress and boxspring. In my search, I settled on Exclusive Furniture in Webster, TX. I walked into the store on June 29th and walked out that day having purchased a new mattress, frame, a pillow, etc. They also agreed to remove my old mattress and boxspring for no charge; that the “sales team would split the charge”. (Additionally, I thought they provided same day delivery but the soonest delivery date was July 4th.)

On July 4th, I was delivered a faulty mattress and adjustable frame that I purchased from Exclusive Furniture. By July 8th, I woke up with bed bug and I noticed my old mattress and box spring illegally dumped at my complex’s dumpster by Exclusive Furniture.

The morning of July 8th, I drove to the store to show my bitten legs, arms, collar bone, back, and eight baggies of the bed bugs I caught in the bed. The manager told me he had to call the owner “personally” and I would hear back from them after “he was out of a big meeting”. The manager also stated to me that the delivery drivers are required to wrap all old mattresses before they are removed from site. That evening I heard from Exclusive Furniture and was told they were going to work on getting me an exchange to please provide pictures to their customer service text line. As of Wednesday, July 9th, they refused responsibility. I called every day - some calls just rang and rang and other times I was passed around customer service representatives. I asked to speak to a manager, any manager; I was told they were in a meeting and never given a name of who I was speaking to or waiting to hear back from.

I have bites all over my body, lost two days of work, I had to notify my landlord of the bed bugs, pack up all my belongings, stayed in a hotel three nights, have to have an exterminator come once a week for who knows how long to spray my home, not to mention laundering every item I own, etc. I saved up my money for this important purchase and I’ve spent more money in a span of four days than I have in my whole life. I don’t feel safe in my home, I feel violated, and forced out of my home.

I’m exhausted and my anxiety has been out of control. I’d like to just have my money back especially after all the money I spent just surviving, compensated for totally upheaving my entire life, and the emotional distress I’ve endured. I never had a problem with bed bugs and my complex has never had them… the only new items in my apartment were purchased from Exclusive Furniture.
