First off let me address people who don't like pluckers because of the "wait time". ITS BECAUSE THESE WINGS ARE THE BOMB💥

Patience is a virtue, and I'll gladly wait 2 hours for some THICC tender Bois. Did you know you can get on the wait list ahead of time? Yeah buddy, you can with the yelp app. So waiting? Is not an excuse, if there's a will there's a way.

NOW WHAT ABOUT THE FOOD???? One word. PLUCKERSISTHEBEST! You can get ANY food item tossed in ANY of their 25 sauces. That includes appetizers. 25 sauces? How will I ever try them all? Simple. Just ask to try as many or as few as you'd like. Your server will bring you some on tray to dip. The blue cheese? Let me tell you, that blue cheese is awesome and I wasn't a blue cheese fan. Pro Tip: ask for a small thing of mangonero and mix that with the cheese. There's always a crazy mix you can do. Fried pickles? Add teriyaki. Add whatever you want. Pluckers is always an adventure AND an experience, if you aren't taking your time your first time then you're not even trying to enjoy it. Anytime I take someone for the first time it's a good 3 hrs we're there. Trying all kinds of stuff.

OH BUT IM NOT A WING PERSON! Pluckers has some damn good sandwiches and burgers! DAMN GOOD. I don't mess around with them too much but I've had them and yes they're Plucking delicious! Pro Tip: you can even get these tossed in any sauce. Including that chutney dip. Mmmmm

BUT IM A VEGETARIAN! Pluckers has both salads and the IMPOSSIBLE BURGER. No excuse. Try the food. It's damn good.

Remember this: Mondays are all you can eat bone in Tuesdays kids eat Thursdays are all you can eat boneless wings( THICC TENDER BOIS) Fridays teachers get free apps!

UPDATE FROM PA: After reconsideration from my original post from 4 years ago. This place STILL...

Let me start by saying I have eaten at 3 other locations (Pasadena, Memorial City, & Stafford) and have always had excellent service. On December 31st around 8:45pm my family of 13 arrived to grab a quick bite before our 10pm reservation at Topgolf, while walking in the door we overheard a worker at the front desk say, " I hope they know we close in an hour, ya'll can help them!" and she walked off. Once we got to the desk, the very first thing that the hostess stated was that the kitchen closes at 9:30pm, we stated ok we plan to be quick since we have reservations next door. She then stated that we can go have a seat over there and POINTED not walked us over but POINTED to some tables in the corner. Once we got to the tables we immediately asked for a manager, the manager walked over, and we explained the comment that was made upon our arrival, she immediately stated, "that sounds like Jada" and pointed to her for us to confirm. She then stated that she would go speak to her, a couple minutes later she returned and told us that she told her to watch her mouth because we heard what she said. This really bothered me because this lets me know that this employee does this quite often and there's no consequences for her behavior. Furthermore, throughout the entire time we were there we witness workers gather at a table where they were drinking beer and vaping. I am in complete disbelief about what is being allowed to go on at this location, I'm really hoping someone take my review/complaint serious and make some changes at this location. We were there from 8:30pm to about 10pm, upper management needs to take a look at the cameras from that timeframe to witness the shenanigans!! Food: 5 stars Service: 0 stars I would NOT recommend...

I went last night for my second time. My first time it took over an hour to get our cheese sticks after everybody else had been served and we were the first to be seated. We ended up being late to our movie. The wings are also overcooked and hard to even get off of the bone. We got someone else's check and credit card delivered to us which I thought was a careless mistake of someone's private information just being tossed around without a care. We told the manager and he gave us a discount and sincerely apologized. I thought maybe it was just a bad night because they were busy so I decided to try it again.

Last night I ordered a Batman drink, blue moon, cheese sticks, kids wings, and a 20 piece wing platter. It took 25 minutes to get our drinks and cheesesticks. The wings were so incredibly over cooked they actually had a burnt taste to them. I don't think I have EVER complained about wings but they were literally inedible! We told our waiter who told the manager and he replaced them. When the replacement came out, there was only 15 of the 20 wings so we had to wait another 15 minutes to get our other five wings. By that time we had been at the restaurant for almost 2 hours and just ended up getting them to go because we were so frustrated. Everything we ordered we had to wait at least 20 minutes for it (including drinks) so we told the manager and he did give us a discount but only after we asked.

After eating the wings as soon as I got home, I started feeling bad. I ended up being up all night with indigestion problems. I eat really spicy food every single day so I'm not sure what is up with that food but I promise I will never eat here again. I am still cramping as I lay in bed on my only day off and...
