I've been a Ray's customer in Siskiyou County: Mount Shasta, Weed, Yreka, for my more than 30 years among the "Frozen Chosen." Ray's food place had been around long before my family and I moved here from SF Bay.
Usually a butcher on duty and a produce clerk. They try to provide local meats, this being ranch country. Shasta and a lake covering top half of the wall. Lots of other fine details, such as faucet etc.
