The Human Bean — Restaurant in Wellington

Today is the last day that me and my family will be going to the Wellington location… I only get the Irish cream, breve some people get it right some people get it wrong… Sometimes, even though it’s not quite right, it’s still drinkable, but after today two drinks, I can’t believe this girl makes coffee… she had glasses and brown hair and she worked the morning shift like around five or 6 AM we showed up. When my husband returned the drink and told her that it was completely gross, and we explained what we did not like about the coffee. This girl told us it was supposed to taste like that.?? Then made us another one on purpose and made it even worse… The bad reviews are at the bottom for a reason if I were anybody looking for a coffee place, I’d scroll down you’ll see I’m not the only one that complains about the inconsistency of coffee making at this place. Things are too expensive for people not to get it right...

On more than one occasion, I have used my own human bean reusable mug for my morning coffee at the Wellington store. Your employees have given me VERY different discounts. The discount shows on my history log that it should be $0.25, but someone changes it to only $0.23 or $0.24 and most recently on Halloween it was $0,21. Why? Because they can? Who knows. Not nice or honest! I hope the owner looks at this and explains or at least reteaches their employees, because you are penny pinching your very loyal customers. And in this economy,...

I get the same thing everyday and I stop at this location because it's the most convenient but as of late, the new transfers(from a different location) and new employees have the worst eye rolling attitudes. The Blonde girl with rbf and the petite brunette with hazel eyes ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS forgets things that go into my drink. Then have the nerve to say the things they left out are extras. Train people adequately and if you don't like working with people just find...
