Up until yesterday, we liked this particular burger King. We ate there semi-regularly. Went in yesterday and the slushie machine was still down and it has been for over a month. Waited for a minute or so before the drive thru person came to the front and said the lobby was closed and we could only get drive thru. I explained that my window didn't open and she said she would ask her manager. A minute later she came back and asked what we would like. I ordered my usual meal and my boyfriend wanted to try the new $6 spicy chicken deal that was posted on a HUGE poster in the window. She looked confused for a minute and then said that was something they didn't have but were getting in the sometime in the future. I asked why they were advertising it if they weren't selling it and she said because we are getting it in the future. So at this point I told her were done and would take our business elsewhere. She said okay have a great night. Based on this experience and now the other reviews I just read, you should shut this burger King down and give a restaurant that cares about having a customers a chance. Awful service, false advertising, employees that don't even care about being there. This is a joke. I'll drive to Fort...
Read morePerhaps I caught the employees on a bad day because myself and my employees had a horrible time at this location. My employee, T, after purchasing a drink with his meal, went back to refill his drink and also put frozen coke in his large personal bottle. An employee, S, took exception to this, claimed repeated that T was "stealing" the drink and even threatened to call the police. This is where I stepped in because that seemed incredibly unnecessary. Both T and I both attempted to pay for additional drinks in order to cover the assumed theft however this wasn't enough. To the employees it was now about respect. The employee in question then overcharged T which is further insult to injury. I then gave the employee my company name, TWICE, after he asked. I will admit that I said a few cuss words both in general and at the employee, that is my part to play in all this. Not only was this situation wholly unnecessary but it seemed strangely targeted at my employee who doesn't have the best physical appearance. We will not be returning to this location and will likely not return to Burger King if this is how they handle a drink dispute, with talk of...
Read moreThe manager working the noon shift was rude and disrespectful since the get go. As soon as I walked in I had already had my order ordered through the app. I was still forced to get a mask which they had a small sign on the register which you wouldn't see if you aren't ordering in the restaurant. I grabbed a mask and with my order I did a BoGo deal through the app and the Manager didn't give me the time of day to understand that it was a fault on their part. The manager doesn't understand customer service and gave me the cold shoulder and walked away rather than helping resolve the issue. I had to call the corporate office to resolve the issue with the manager. I do not suggest this Burger King for anybody. The manager is plain out rude and disrespectful to customers. While I was inside a man walked in and didn't have a mask and put his shirt over his face which I have seen all over and its accepted, it is no different than a bandanna over your nose. She had lost her own store money by doing so. She needs to either be taught customer service or be fired. She also had piercings in and she was sagging. I wont be going back to this...
