Chris very bad attitude and disrespectful worst customer service I went into store to speak to him after he hung up on me cause he decided to ignore instead of listen and give me a solution to what's supposed to be a valued customer and was nowhere to be found what a coincidence after I told him I would be there to speak to him personally and make a complaint against him to see if he would run his mouth the same way he did over the phone with his manager there.you need to retrain this guy and show him some manners when it comes to your customers if that's what you really value. We have had a wonderful and very informative experience with RAC compared to other similar companies like Aaron's where they are very rude and always attempt to, pardon the crude language, screw us over by attempting to charge us more than the agreed amount.
