The facility provides the equipment you need to stay active but it gets pretty busy during rush hours (after regular work hours when most people go), there are too many people for the available machines during that time frame. The training sessions I paid for worked well for some time but I started getting changes on my personal trainers and I had at least three different ones, and not because I wanted to, after the last trainer left I was not called back to set up the hours I had pending, after a while I finally stopped going and there were not follow up e-mails (In my opinion this is a big company and could set it up electronically) to go back or to set up training sessions. Importantly you may miss the part in the back of the contract where it states that the payments will be automatically renewed after your initial one year contract and that you are supposed to notify in writing to allow a cancellation (30 days in advance according to the contract) and none highlighted that important point when I first visited the place. Once I found out I was still getting charged I was unable to get a reimbursement of the three extra months already charted in spit of my request to get one. In the sake of fairness the manager provided and extension of the service that I unintentionally had payed for (that is better than nothing I think). In summary I am disappointed as I was expecting a better treatment after providing them with a full year of business including several months of personal training. I was expecting at least a friendly electronic reminder regarding their dubious business practice of automatically renewing your payments month to month once the year contract ends or the simple decency to provide a reimbursement for a payment/service not want...

Read moreEmployee Alisha (manager) from your weslaco gym: I am very upset at they way I was treated. I felt belittled by her comments and her facial expressions were uncalled for. Her saying that we are all adults here and I should have read my contract again even though I was very Iâll with COVID in bed and she replied âyes.â. That was not right. I was trying to explain my concern to her and she would raise her voice over mine very rudely. Also, as I waited for her to get back from her lunch break, I was reading the reviews for True Fit because I wanted to see if there we other concerns like mine. I did find some so I asked her if she read the reviews for the true fit and she said yes but, it didnât concerning her because the people who complain are people like me who donât read the contract. I am not illiterate, I do know how to read but, I will not try and humiliate someone and smirk about it to embarrass them. I had called 3 months ago to see how to cancel membership I was Sick with COVID really bad so I called and it was a male employee who started due to them discontinuing contracts I shouldnât worry about them charging me once my contract finishes as long as I donât renew contract ps ⌠I did what the employee said not to worry about it he never mentioned an email or written form!!! They stoled $157 from me and no resolution when asked for HR Alisha game me billing number in which they were no help left several emails for district manager and no answer we need better customer service and for them to understand when theyâve made a mistake and not...
