Lane Bryant — Local services in Wesley Chapel

I want to thank one of the assistant managers, Caliyah for her outstanding customer service! As a regular and long time customer of Lane Bryant I have made many purchases and returns. I had a jacket I purchased in November that I wanted to return. I had an envelope of all my receipts in it but, couldn't find the receipt for the jacket. I was so thankful that Caliyah took the time and extended me the customer service to not only look through my pile receipts but, also checked my account in the computer and found the receipt. Which allowed her to provide me a refund for what I paid. This process took about 45 minutes. She was more than patient!! I just want to thank Lane Bryant for having such great employees and thank Caliyah for being one of them!!! Thank you Caliyah- I'll be back to see you...

I love this store I find nice things sometimes the ladies here were friendly, helpful and patient. My sister and I had a good time shopping. Now the only thing I not a happy about these stores is plus size women come in all ages. So why do the clothes look like for seniors. And why do you think seniors don't want to look sexy no matter the age. Come on step it up. You would get more customers, with updated styles. I have gone in theses stores and walked right out because of it . Please work on it. My sister was not happy with your selection and walked an she I'm her 50s I found some by chance.
