Went in to buy a ring for my girlfriend. I found the one I wanted but was told they only carry size 7 in the store. I was told that it takes 3 weeks to send out and get sized. I needed it sooner then that. At the suggestion of the jewelry person I ordered it online in the size I needed and have it shipped to the store and it would arrive in about a week. I get a notification from UPS because this was the tracking number I was given in the order e-mail that it had been delivered this morning. I waited till my lunch time several hours later and went to pick it up. I stood in line for 10 minutes while one employee was standing because she didn't know how to do in store pickups offered to help the customer the other employee was helping (because she knew how to do that which was awesome of her because she saw the frustration in our faces as the line was getting longer). She was told rudely no by that employee and basically that we could wait till she was done. She finally finished with that customer unsuccessfully I might add because that customer left unhappy as well. I was asked what I needed in a way that seemed like I was a nuisance. At this time another employee had come up I guess to help the other one learn how to do pickups. I let her know I had received notice my item had arrived this morning and I was there to pick it up. She asked me for my my order number with the bar code she could scan. I let her know I didn't have that but did have my order number. She seemed to be even more put out that she had to type in the number. She then says it isn't there. I explained that according to UPS it had been delivered this morning. She began to very rudely tell me that I can't go by UPS and that I would have to leave and come back when I was called by them. (UPS was very specific that it was delivered to the dock and signed for by Joyce) This is crazy I can't believe the level of poor service. Read moreI came in for photos with my Dog and Debbie was atrocious. From the moment me and my puppy came in she was discriminating him because he is a chowchow. They were running extremely behind so we had to wait in the seating area. The whole time she kept giving us dirty looks and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. She had a customer whose child kept throwing herself on the floor and running around. The dog did get frightened because she threw herself on the floor right near him. So he barked slightly but nothing loud or obnoxious. We were rushed our whole shoot because they were behind schedule. As we were checking out she was with her customer and she told the customer “I can’t wait for her and her dog to leave” mind you, my dog was extremely well behaved considering we had to wait over 30-40 minimum for our photos. If you look back at the camera you can see him sitting and behaving. Stacy who was checking me out heard the remark and agreed it was extremely rude. While checking out, I told Debbie how her remarks made me uncomfortable and wasn’t appropriate because I’m a customer. Read moreWhen dealing in person at this location the people were helpful and knowledgeable. My issue was the buy it online and pick it up today. So I tried it, went to store to pick up and were told nothing I ordered was in stock, which online advised it was. Strike One, then advised they can't cancel the order till it comes in, Strike two. Bought more stuff as it was Christmas eve, then went home. After arriving home got new notice order was ready for pick up, that none was in stock....! GRRR, But 8:00 Christmas eve didn't run down. Strike three. The morning after Christmas got new E-mail advising Thank you your order was picked up! Except I was still home. So I went to store Spoke with Adrian and he said yes it was picked up however the clerk didn't load any pick up info on who picked it up. Finally got store manager who told him to go look in the back, and after 20 min, he came out with order. So people at the store were great and helpful. But this order system, I'll never use it again. They canceled order and credited account. Then got to exchange my items I purchased in person, because my daughter didn't like any of the clothes I picked out! So glad I save receipts!
