I visited this establishment on 01/28 after shopping at the mall let me mention my mother order a cheese steak and a basket of fries and chicken strips from Charley's at wiregrass and got her food faster then I got the two salads I ordered at Panera that day which I thought was ridiculous judging by the fact all I ordered was 2 salads but I don't mind the waiting if when I receive the food the customer service backs up the delay. After I ordered my two salads at the kiosk I waited for my order in the time I watched Uber orders go out grub hub dine in orders and even people that came in after me got there order so I decided to ask an employee did my order go through she then went to ask the cook to which she didn't realize I was by the dri k station watching the whole interaction when she confirmed with the employee she had my order I then see her toss two salads in a bag a bread and yells my name while tossing my bag on the counter had it slid more it probably would have fell or could have smacked me in the face had she tossed it any harder. I then realize I'm missing something so I speak with the cashier's I knew if I spoke to the cook id curse her out and I had children with me . One cashier blindsided my whole complaint while the other I believe her name was Lanya I wish I could remember correctly as she deserves recognition she handled the situation as if we were all pre covid pre inflation when people had common sense and enjoyed their jobs rather then fill a position to collect a check.
If you love your food waiting on the counter and bags tossed at you this is the establishment for you if not save yourself the frustration and possible jail time due to the disrespect and eat...
Read moreI don’t like to be negative but I wish I had a better experience. I ordered my meal online for rapid pickup set at a designated time because I was on my lunch break. I showed up at the exact time it was set to be ready and it was not on the rapid pick up shelf which is understandable so I used the restroom which was dirty with ripped up paper towels all of the sink soaked in water, there was more toilet paper on the floor than where it’s supposed to be because all the rolls were empty -.- as well as the paper towel dispenser. I go back to my car and wait a few minutes and come to check if my order is ready, still nothing. So I wait while employees walk past me never once asking if I need help even the manager stood behind the counter and never said anything. It’s not like it was busy either I was the only customer standing in the lobby.. maybe they thought I was lost. Finally after 15 minutes I ask the cashier to check on my order it takes him a whole 30 seconds to walk back there and get it.. if it was ready the whole time why wasn’t it on the shelf??? I leave worried that I’ll be late coming back to work so I open my salad and start eating then I realize the chicken I paid for to be put on my salad was no where to be found! There’s no excuse for me waiting there not being helped and my order being messed up because the place was empty! Annoying!! 2 stars because I enjoy Panera as a company but not this location as they don’t have the great service I usually receive at all other Panera bread...
Read moreThis location has terrible management. I had ordered a large order online as goodies for our partnering offices. I specifically ordered on the retail side a 12 pack of bagels with cream cheese and I asked for 8 orders of them (To go to 8 different offices). When I picked it up the next day they put everything together in a big catering box. After I realized I called them and they said since it was such a large order they “Assumed” it was catering and put it all together. The manager said it was my fault because I didn’t specify say I wanted it packages separately.
I explained that if I wanted catering I would have contacted the catering department, but per my receipt as I requested I ordered 8, 12 packs. They are the ones that deal with this stuff every day they should have called me to clarify instead of just assuming! They just kept saying it was my fault. We brought the order back up there for them to fix it and at first they wouldn’t, they were going to give us bags for us to separate them on our own but eventually they separated the bagels for us after a fight. One lady was like “I thought I was doing you a favor!” Well lady you were wrong and if you would have taken the time to make a 10 second phone call you would not have to fix a mistake you made.
When we spend over $100 on Bagels the least they can do is provide decent customer service and not assume that the general public know what assumptions they will make....
