Strongly recommended! I have a desktop that's just a few months old, and I was having a problem that I suspected was related to the graphics card. The company I bought it from wanted me to ship the entire, fragile, heavy computer back to them, or take it apart myself. I can't be without a computer for that long because I use it for software development work, but I'm not much of a hardware person, not confident enough to start pulling parts out without voiding the warranty, so instead I took it to Wally at Right-Click.

Wally was available immediately, and he did a free diagnostic. He then did additional work and testing and was able to rule out some potential software issues, and pinpointed the problem as a defective graphics card, which he removed. Throughout the process, Wally was very communicative and provided clear and thorough explanations of what he was doing and why, and he was upfront about potential costs, which were extraordinarily reasonable.

In short, he is honest, informative, inexpensive, and quick. I had my pc back the same day I took it in. Also, there is a very sweet dog that you can pet. I wouldn't go...

New -Updated 021322- Wally came through again. I was able to buy a used laptop at a very reasonable price. He also assisted a friend of mine yesterday as well. Anyone looking for computer help or computer needs go see Wally.

Wally is great at Right Click. He has assisted me with quite a few needs we had on our laptops and they are working great now. He has a fair price and his work is always done promptly.
