We were incredibly disappointed in delivery and level of customer service we received upon the delivery of our sectional. Measurements were done carefully and precisely to insure a non-refundable, expensive piece of furniture would work where we wanted it. We were given the dimensions and told the pieces would fit through standard size doorways. Never were we informed that the corner piece of the sectional would be wider than the listed measurement of 37".

The crew that arrived to deliver the couch damaged our walls, ceiling, baseboard was broken, the banister was loosened from base, garage door damaged, and our front storm door hinge was bent and damaged as they shoved the piece through a doorway already deemed to small. When it had been decided that the attached leg pieces would not allow the piece to go down the hallway we waited another week for the re-delivery of the piece after the leg was made removable by WBF.

Upon calling the store in regards to the piece not fighting as we had planned, my husband was accused of measuring wrong and told it was our problem. The owner of the store then called my husband and told him, "you got what you wanted and you want it in the basement" and that West Bend Furniture was not liable for any of the damage inflicted on our home.

My issue is the blatantly poor customer service and lack of problem solving. I have always worked in customer service and never have I told a client it's his problem when an issue arose. We had never felt so disrespected and mistreated after spending nearly $4000 in a month on two pieces of furniture from there. I will not recommend shopping there because I have witnessed first hand when something goes wrong and the absolutely poor customer care you will receive. I will happily take my business to Biltrite or other comparable furniture stores...

We purchased a recliner and love seat in December 2020. The set was delivered to us in September 2021 (delayed due to an increase in demand for furniture during COVID). We were disappointed with both pieces of furniture but decided we would give it some time to "break in." The love seat was not the same comfort or feel as it had been in the store, and the recliner was incredibly noisy when rocking. Eventually we contacted the store to see if there was something that could be done about it. They offered to look at the chair for us if we brought it in, but they otherwise were not very helpful.

It was just recently that the new manager/owner reached out to us and offered to come and get the recliner to fix it! He came to the service call himself and was incredibly nice and helpful. We appreciate that he took care of this in a timely manner once he was aware of the issue, and we are now very satisfied with the recliner. Our earlier interactions with the store were with previous management, but the new manager seems to take great care of his family owned business. We are still in need of a love seat (we sold the previous one) or couch, and we plan to go back to the store again because of the timely, thoughtful service we experienced with the new...

My wife and I went to 4 different stores near our place in Oak Creek when looking for a new bed. None of the beds themselves were extra ordinary, but the reason we never purchased from any of them was because we never felt sure of our decision.

A friend told us about West Bend Furniture and we went pretty well out of our way (about 45 minutes) to make the trip and let me tell you; we are glad that we did. From the very moment we walked in we felt like their most important customers. They were inquisitive in a meaningful way that made it clear they’d be able to find the right fit and help us feel comfortable with our selection.

I’m fact, there was even a moment where they recommended a bedroom set that was LESS expensive than the one we were considering after they learned a bit more about our (my wife’s) decor. Not often you see sales people recommend a LESS expensive option. That’s how we knew they were genuine and sincere.

It’s crystal clear that West Bend Furniture is large enough to get you what you need, but they’re small enough to still give a dang. They genuinely treated me as if they knew me for years.
