I visit this location roughly every other week, and the staff has always been outstanding. The two that usually work there are friendly, give great recommendations, and happily answer any questions I have. They are incredible!

However, I unfortunately need to leave a negative review. On 6/18/23 I visited the shop and the man working there wasn't someone I'd seen before. I was shocked with how rude and condescending he was. Apparently I misunderstood a price that was given to me a week or so before by a different associate, and the man behind the counter seemed to take offense to this and was blatantly rude throughout the rest of the interaction. (The price was five dollars more than I thought, which was fine with me. I would have still purchased if he wasn't a jerk.)

In the end I decided to not even purchase half of the items I went in for because I wanted to leave immediately. The man working the store is a poor representative for the other two I see there all the time, and his presence at the store does the business...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting West Bend Vapor, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member who was eager to assist me; Nick's commitment to customer service was truly outstanding. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a wide selection of vape products. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned vaper, they had everything you could possibly need. Nick patiently walked me through their vast collection of e-liquids, devices, and accessories, making helpful recommendations based on my preferences. Overall, I can't speak highly enough about West Bend Vapor. The combination of outstanding customer service, extensive product selection, and competitive pricing make it the go-to destination for all vaping needs. I highly recommend this store. Five stars...

I'm not one for trying new locations. I like seeing the same people and knowing what kind of service to expect. My faith in humanity was restored upon visiting your location. Excellence, professionalism, integrity; these are the words that come to mind when I ponder about my time spent at west bend vape shop. But the core of the experience lies within the one deemed "salesmen". The guardian of the glass. The wizard of wares. Or as he is commonly known by.. nick. Nick was hands down the best part of the store. His smooth mellow vibes enveloped the room with the utmost stoke. He seemed to almost glide across the floor, the only thing more buttery than his footwork was his energy. I gave him the money, he gave me the vapes, and upon leaving the store I realized..the everlasting experience THAT is what he really sold me.
