Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in West Bend

So really I should be giving one star if not none I ordered a pizza last week, stuffed crust, spicy Italian sausage, onions, and extra cheese. When I got my pizza it was not stuffed crust, there was literally three pieces of onion on the whole pizza, and it was not spicy Italian sausage. So the manager replaces the pizza for me and I just picked it up. Once again no stuffed crust and no extra cheese. I did call to let them know they made yet again another mistake, and the young man that answered the phone, said I'm sorry, that's it not bring the pizza back and we'll make you a new one, just I'm sorry about that. It's terrible that you can pay for something, not get what you ordered, then have it fixed, and still not get what you ordered. So bottom line is is just a waste of money. Between my boyfriend and i, and us together, we are at least at 120 dollars worth of pizza that was messed up. Now the manager told me he was making it himself, I don't know if he did or not but this is strange for this location because I've been ordering from here for a very long time. Most of the time I order when I'm by my boyfriend's house. Yhey screwed up our order the last 4 times. So those four times adds up to maybe 2 and 1/2 Weeks. At this rate I think myself and my boyfriend will not be ordering from Papa John's anymore. And when I say my boyfriend orders a lot of Papa John's, I mean he orders a minimum of twice a week and that's been going on now for probably 8 to 9 months. On top of not giving me what they were supposed to they forgot the same things the people did last week but they also put a garlic sauce inside there, two actually, one of them was opened and it spilled all over on almost half the pizza which I cannot eat because I am highly allergic to garlic. Thank God I seen it or I would have been in the hospital. I don't know what's going on at this Papa John's location but they were amazing for so long and now, all of a sudden, every time we order there's a mistake and then they fix their mistake by with a mistake. It's so sad. A few days ago by my boyfriend's house we ordered their cinnamon dessert that comes with icing, I called and spoke with the manager because they forgot the icing the week before and he said okay well I will give you the two you paid for and one extra one and when it finally arrived there was no icing whatsoever. When my boyfriend went in to pick up icing they gave him a free oreo dessert even though he told them we don't eat that. Instead of giving us a fresh cinnamon dessert , no they decide to give us something that we literally threw in the garbage. I would check your pizzas before you leave the location if you're picking up if you're having it delivered I would check it before you let the delivery guy leave. I was going to leave pictures but for some reason it's not giving me that option. Had to come back and add something to this review, when I took a slice of the pizza from the opposite side of where the garlic sauce spilled, it leaked through all the way to the other side so to be safe I had to throw the whole pizza in the garbage so they ended up replacing a pizza that Not only was wrong but I had to throw away so I got nothing. My First (and Worst) Papa John's Experience in West Bend, WI I had an absolutely infuriating experience with Papa John's in West Bend last night, and I need to share it.

On Tuesday, July 15th, at 11:20 PM, I ordered a pizza for delivery, with an estimated arrival of 30-45 minutes. Fast forward to 12:31 AM on Wednesday, July 16th, and still no pizza.

I called the store, only to be transferred to someone who told me the location was closed. The person I spoke with wasn't even from the store itself, and after I explained I'd been charged for the pizza and wanted to know where it was, they completely unhelpful and then hung up on me. I tried calling back, but no one answered.

This was my first time ever trying Papa John's, and it was a horrible experience from start to finish. My money was eventually credited back, but it makes me wonder: if they knew they couldn't deliver, why didn't they offer a pickup option? I would have gladly picked it up!

It's beyond frustrating to be left without food so late at night when nothing else is open besides fast food. This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable. Has anyone else experienced something like this with them? I'm highly upset and...

Myself and boyfriend literally order from Papa John's every week. This is now the third time in a row that there's been an issue. Not only did the delivery driver decide to leave my pizza outside on someone else's bench but didn't bother to text me like the instructions said. But they decided to not give any sausage I ordered tomato there was one on the whole pizza and only half of the pizza had black olives when I ordered it on all of the pizza. The pizza was ice cold and it slid. Most of the cheese was on one side. The last order with my boyfriend and I, they screwed up both pizzas they did replace them but then screwed up the replacement pizzas. I don't know what's going on with Papa John's in West Bend but it's unacceptable the food that we received it missing ingredients that we pay for and it's just left outside in the cold on someone else's property.
