Pucci's — Local services in West Boylston

Dropped off two rings to get them consolidated into one setting and was also having a diamond added. They gave us a date of almost a month for pickup because of the jeweler going on vacation. We were okay with it. We return on the said date and the ring is not ready, and then the excuses came. It would have been better if they just admitted they forgot to do the ring then make up excuses. We have always gone to Pucci’s, but will have to rethink that. Plus we thought the price was a bit high. All they were doing was removing stones and mounting them in a new setting and adding a new diamond that was .15 karats and they quoted $900. I am happy to report that from my first experience in 2003 to the to my most recent in march 2024 I have always been treated as if I had been a long time customer .I mostly conduct my business with Nancy because I like to build a good rapport and relationship with those that I do business with . the customer service is outstanding, five stars and all the good comments I could make would never give the full Picture of the professionalism and atmosphere that pucci’s provides. they have always gone above and beyond my expectations, don’t take my word for it , experience it yourself you will not be disappointed....
