If I could give this place zero stars, I would, and that would be based solely on customer service. The machines are efficient and work well, but next time I’ll drive further if I don’t have to encounter the unfriendly woman behind the counter. Disclaimer: we did come in for an emergency an hour and twenty minutes before close of business to wash bedding because my child had an accident. It does say on the door that laundry is not to be started beyond 2:30 on Saturday, however, one would expect a little more compassion. Though this woman did allow me to start my one load of bedding, she did not do so without making me feel badly about it. She also didn’t want to allow us to dry our bedding even after she did finally say we could start a load. One would think someone would exercise a little more compassion. Mind you, my laundry has been in the driers now for several minutes, they close at 4, and it is only yet exactly 3:30. I don’t intend to leave this place a minute after 3:59, and they close at 4. I’m not entirely sure what the problem with that is. If someone were to want to start a business in West Branch, I would recommend a laundromat. Clearly Selley’s isn’t interested in business. Just make sure you don’t hire the woman behind the counter. Date of visit March 7,...
Read moreThis Laundromat is clean. But way overpriced. I've used this Laundromat every time I'm in the area. I'm looking now for some other place to do laundry. You have to pay a dollar just to start the dryers! That's outrageous as usually each load I dry only needs 15 minutes or less. This is a dollar for 20 minutes, same price, but shouldn't be necessary to pay for more than you need! So, if I only need 25 minutes it's going to cost $2 a load. The washers are also higher priced than other laundromats that I use regularly. Pure greed! I'm so disgusted that a place that I've trusted has become a money grabber! I paid nearly double here for the same amount of laundry as I do at my usual Laundromat, that has ALL...
Read moreI’ve been going here for the past 3 months now , new to the area and just recently on my weekly laundry day, A staff member (a guy) ask me to move while I was watching tv waiting for my laundry to get done so people can walk by. That would be fine if there was actually people there at that time and people needed to get though but there was nobody my wife and I was the only ones there and we wasn’t blocking all the walk ways he was just being rude. My money doesn’t need to go to this company anymore and I would rather go to a cleaner laundry mat that doesn’t look like a...
