Customer service is an A+++, I went to have a charm put on my bracelet and they put it on while I was waiting and showed me tons of jewelry. The diamonds are GORGEOUS, it was impossible to look away! The diamonds were some of the best I’ve ever seen and I am a big diamond shopper. Many friends told me they had amazing experiences and all was true!! Lisa is absolutely amazing at her job and showed me the layout of the entire store and what was in each case. We pulled out many items and I left with three beautiful pieces. I also started a “Wish List” where you save items you like and friends, family or yourself can go and buy them! Such a great way to save all your favorites in one place, and the staff was impeccable and patient. As mentioned prior, Lisa was amazing, and I can’t wait to go back and buy more off...

Faythe is nothing short of professional and dedicated to her job. I brought her my grandmothers wedding band that was thin and frail and in desperate need of repair. She not only fixed the broken band but made it stronger and more beautiful. About a year later I realized that I had lost one of the diamond chips. She helped me get a stone to match the others in size and quality. She also appraised this piece as well as a few other pieces I own.
