MRC West Medspa — Local services in West Caldwell

I can’t say enough good things about MRC in West Caldwell. I have actually been to both locations as there is one in Verona also. Love them both but West Caldwell location is newer and nicer. It’s also easier to get in and out of the parking lot. Super modern, very clean and professional atmosphere. Staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. My favorite technician is Demi. She’s super sweet and down to earth, knowledgeable and very thorough. I have had laser hair removal on all areas of my body and am pleased with the results. I have also had a free consultation re. Botox and filler that I found informative and helpful. MRC runs really great specials monthly as well as Groupons. That’s actually how I found MRC several years ago, through a Groupon. The place is clean and welcoming however the service is a rip-off. I bought a hair removal package of 6 sessions and I already completed 4 and the hair is the same in most of the area. I had contacted the office and explained the concerns and they said they will tell the technician to bring the machine at a higher level however that hasn’t happened and I only have 2 more sessions to go.

This place is a ripoff don’t waste your money, time and gas going to this place or the one in Montclair Rejuvenation.

I have done laser before by a doctor and every time I went the level on the machine was put up higher so that the hair growth will be reduced tremendously however thats not the case in here they want you to continue buying the package to get your money.

I waited forever to get laser hair removal done as I thought it would be expensive and uncomfortable. After researching the local facilities that offered this treatment, I am so happy to have found MRC West Caldwell. The spa is beautiful and clean and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. My first session with Jasmine far exceeded my expectations. She explained the process, checked in to see how I was feeling the entire time and it went by so quickly. I am feeling very grateful to Jasmine for making the process so easy, comfortable and now that I know what to expect, I am scheduling more sessions.
