Finally got around to trying this place with my wife yesterday afternoon. They greet you when you enter and direct you to the two automated ordering terminals. You can also give your order directly to the counter staff but ordering from the touch screen terminal seems much easier. There you not only choose your main, but you have all the options of what you'd want or don't want in your noodle bowl. You don't have to loudly tell them if you want extra noodles or broth or hold the egg and bamboo shoots as one overly loud and obnoxious customer did while we were there. In fact afterwards my wife asked me, "Is it me or was that guy unnecessarily loud?" I laughed and immediately said yes, he was obnoxiously loud while giving his order. All he had to do was use the kiosk to make his choices. But I digress. They serve your noodle 🍜 bowl to your table on a tray. We were both pleasantly surprised at the size! Very generous portions. We both ordered ours with chicken which was nicely grilled and sliced and layed on top. The noodles were thin and delicate and the chicken broth was delicious. You can choose other broths as well as other proteins. I also ordered a coconut bubble tea with tapioca pearls. It was delicious! You also have many options for that as well. Everything was delicious and we look forward to returning to try the plethora of other...
Read moreWe were looking for a new noodle place to try and this seemed promising from the reviews we saw. It is their grand opening, so the inside was super clean and new. We placed our orders and the food came out at a good pace. We started out with the rice balls and they were all fresh and tasty. They were wrapped like ones you would find at a Japanese convenience store (konbini), so I appreciated the authentic look. We had the unagi, salmon, and tuna ones and they were all great. We also had the pork gyoza and they were good too.
For the main course, we ordered three pho (beef, beef combo, and seafood). The soup had less sugar than most places, which is a definite plus. The noodles had a good chew and they provided plenty of meat with each order.
We had the taro boba to finish things off and it was great to be able to adjust sugar levels and add different toppings. The tapioca pearls were made well and had the right amount of chew without falling apart.
Overall, a definitely good first experience and we...
Read moreI want to start this review with my admiration for any business owner. Opening the doors is a scary and challenging task. My Ramen was definitely not amongst the best I’ve ever had the beef lacked flavor and just tasted like boiled meat. This restaurant seems to be well reviewed so something is being done right. It is nice and inviting inside, but the constant beeping of their delivery and pick up orders ruins the atmosphere. The large picture windows that face out into the ShopRite parking lot. Don’t do it any favors either. I hope this place doesn’t get trapped into only serving GrubHub and other delivery application consumers. This area can really benefit from hard-working and tasty restaurants that put food first I wish them all the luck in the world and hope that they find this review as words of encouragement and not a criticism on...
