12/20/23. Words can not explain the experience I had with the catfish& a guy name Moe😩.He serves food with NO INTEGRITY or respect.He has NO DIGNITY or engaging considerationswhen hearing legitimate complaints.He does not self-reflect& takes NO BLAME.The fish looked like the dried dead fish on the lake (6mos.old). Eating it was like chewing bland cracker s.I immediately called him&he said nothing about bringing that old rachet REFRIED food back. He just said, come in, I'll remake it.He didnt say I'm sorry mame, let's make this right. Nothing. Never bring food back, & Never go there period. He plays word games, that work in his favor. Go to Central on Chicago ave- much better fresh food& you can see them cook it. I immediately trashed it.His many toxic comment reviews are telling the truth, like me.Im pissed that I have to waste my time writing this. Im not sure but i heard it was once shut down due to rat infestation. I had no time to check into it but i wouldn't be surprised. Why isn't He reading &rectifying these complaints? He thinks everyone is stupid. Yea ok. I tried to get him to under stand the condition of the food (Very old, dried out)& i warned him, I would go to his review. I was kind to him, but he didnt care. He gaslit me&said" SO!!! I DONT CARE!!! DO WHAT YOU WANT TO DO"!!This is very aweful. He doesnt under stand, that some customers are not from the area.Wouldnt he be embarrassed? Nope!!NOT all. His counter booth are too tall, preventing customers from seeing what he's doing. Not good. This place is very deceptive & toxic.ALL THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS ARE TRUE.I usually don't go here, but I wanted to try it out.If his attitude is nansty, just imagine behind closed doors what he does to food. If i could give this place 0 stars I WOULD. My uber eats order was 91 dollars & when it was delivered it was missing the 20 pan wings. I let my driver know and he immediately stated that the guy behind the counter was super rude & he stated he couldn’t even see his face cause the counter is so high. I proceeded to call the restaurant and my driver advised it’s best to go through uber. I called once again to my surprise a male with a very bad attitude answered and stated he had no orders with my name or matching my order #. I said well that’s funny because i have a receipt right in front of me with your address. This man proceeded to argue with me over the phone to which i said that’s fine i will call uber eats. As i am dealing with uber eats i kept getting phone calls from the restaurants number, at the third or fourth call i answered and all he said was “you called uber eats already”. If i could give them 0 stars I would. I just placed an order over the phone and they dang near got everything wrong. I asked for the 2 pizza puff special with mild sauce on the pizza puffs and fries. They didn't put mild sauce on the fries or pizza puffs.... but had the nerve to put lemon pepper on the pizza puffs, like who th asked for lemon pepper on the pizza puffs. I ordered 2 gyro cheese burgers both with extra gyro sauce... mild sauce, salt, and pepper on one order of fries and only mild sauce on the other order. What they gave me was plain fries and no sauce on the gyro burgers. The thing that blew me the most was the man on the phone was rushing me through the order. Steady talking about what else.
