Outstanding customer service by Carmen at this new Milwaukee Ave location! I very much appreciated her listening and providing me with first hand experience and knowledge about their mattresses. She made this experience stress free and we ended up finding the best option for my mom. On top of that she was aware of the urgency involved with needing the new bed asap so she made it happen next day! She is truly a gem and Mike's Furniture is lucky to have her! My ONLY COMPLAINT is that Google does not have more stars to rate this business!! The guys here took care of me. They stayed open late just for me to shop. My order was not only delivered on the day the team said it would be, it was delivered early. Open communication with the delivery guys and the assembly team! All pieces were assembled really fast. And the service does not stop once you buy the furniture. I had an account issue and I called Christian who answered his personal cell phone and made sure I was taken care of. He even followed up even though my issue was not one that could be solved by the shop.
