good morning I live close to the branch on Holman and Roosevelt Road. I do not recommend anybody going to that one. They’re not friendly they’re rude and they’re unconcern with your needs. I would recommend the one On Madison & Western all the ladies in there are awesome. The security guard is awesome and his clean and you’re super friendly and knowledgeable about the things that you need and always willing to help I give everybody that works there 10 stars. you do need to put some Internet inside the bank cause I can never use my phone inside the bank. I decided to stop in to talk to a financial advisor, made a appointment online. I walk in and ask for the person i requested for. The security guard say they don't do appointment here. I think the bank owners need to address that issue. To save everyone time. The young lady said I don't have an appointment today( occurs not)so I showed the security guard my email,he said she with someone now, so I took a seat waiting for the young lady. I have dealt with many banks in my life experience and trust me when I tell you Wintrust is by far the best! Their customer service from the moment you walk in to when you leave is amazing!
