Stater Bros. Markets — Local services in West Covina

I just can't say enough about the stater Brothers besides the fact that the store is always clean and there's always a mobile scooter for people who can't walk the store like myself I went yesterday last night late probably about 9:15 9:30 and I know the deli closes at 9:00 they were cleaning everything they were closed and there's just one pasta there that I love but they don't put it up on the shelf for some reason and the guy came over and he goes oh I'm sorry we're close and I go well you guys never put this out over there you have all the Greek pastas which have feta and I don't like that and you know all I want is you know 4 lb of this stuff but it's not over there and even though they were closed he very kindly scooped me up for pounds of pasta salad they're just always so nice and then they were out of watermelon I mean completely out nowhere to be found watermelon and I was checking out and I asked Lady who again was very friendly which I know and most grocery stores towards the end of the evening when you get in time to go home you usually not friendly she was very friendly and I said well what they do with all the watermelon that they hide it and she goes oh no she goes two days ago we ordered it and it's not coming in until tomorrow it was backlogged or something like that. So once again stater Brothers it's a very pleasurable experience to shop there it really is especially if you're older and you don't want to go to a place that has a ton of kids there's very few kids at the store ever they are more than willing to help you in any department even when I take the scooter outside and wait for the car to pick me up there's always somebody to take the scooter back for me it is just a wonderful place to shop and the people there are just the best employees that you could ask for when you go grocery shopping and I didn't feel good last night so it made it even easier for me because I got a lot of help from the employees that always seem very willing...

Absolutely a wonderful customer service from Jenna and the lady from the Deli who sliced the 5 pieces of smoked turkey that I ordered.

Wow, speaking of service to the next level from Jenna; I mentioned to her that I hope the store sells cinnamon bun with raisins, she enthusiastically said we have it! To my delight, the next thing she did is called the bakery, walked there and got me two cinnamon buns.

I told Jenna that an organization is only as good as their worst employee, it takes one person to sour customer's shopping experience.

However, when you have Jenna's caliber of customer service and work ethics, she represents the company on its entirety in a positive light, amazing lady.

You don't get that great of a service nowadays. I am a Director of HR who worked for a 5 star hotel; I will hire Jenna without iota of doubt.

Well I have noticed they have hired very young people and they have not been trained with the customer service. This I noticed in the Deli department we waited wich is no problem we know they are attending other customers before us wich at this time it was only one, but no one said will be right with you or acknowledge us to see if we had any questions. One of the employees of four Kept walking back and forth and acted like no one was there. Wich is the one in this picture. The other two were doing something and talking about there a life experience and doing gestures as we was slicing ham like he was getting a seizure.We have been to this stater bros, first time this has happen with this new crew of deli.
