i love the family who runs this the mom is wonderful shes so helpful and honest she shows you everything shes doing when you sell your jewelry here and explains it all ...shes also very beautiful with a nice voice .her sons who are young even come out and help the costomers but dont let their age fool you they know their stuff .very polite well mannered and raised right .the mom and dad are the owners and the mom told me one time in here when we were talking about shady people ; sometimes its the ones dressed in expensive suits you have to watch out for cause they are usually the ones that got something they trying to hide under all those expensive clothes ... the ones that come here to the door tattooed all up in jeans and tshirts i let them right in cause they not hiding who they are they 're like this is me all of me and im not hiding it .She said I like doing buisness with all people but i love it when i meet someone and can just tell they are who they are and they not going to hide it or dress up to disguise it for anyone , i teach my kids not to judge but to accept people for who they are ...i just love this lady and her family and this stores off tbe hook crazy great unique stuff if they dont got it they will...

I can see why this place has been in business for so long! They are very nice, not pushy like other jewelry places in the west covina mall. I had just walked in to this place after checking out places around the city. The custom ring the made for my wife for our wedding day was affordable, beautiful, classy, and every thing she wanted. Family owned and operated. They are very friendly the whole family.
