Chico's — Local services in West Des Moines

If you’re a WHBM/ Chico customer, and can’t decide between the two, I highly recommend that you go with Chico’s at this mall, at Jordan Creek. Customer service is better, and the staff are much more welcoming. I’ve also noticed that the staff is treated more respectfully here by one another, which to me is a major plus!!! My first time shopping at Chico’s was very positive. The ladies working on Friday evening were kind and accommodating, letting me finish trying on my clothing after closing which was so appreciated. It was the last store I tried for the day looking for a perfect outfit and I found it there. I started shopping at Chico’s 3 years ago and it was a great experience with their employees being helpful and getting the clothes that look good. Clothes are great quality.
