Great Teriyaki — Restaurant in West Des Moines

I go here all the time and the food is great, but the cooks are not very nice and do not give equal portions. I had two orders, one with extra rice no veggies, I saw as the guy put two scoops of rice into the one with veggies and proceeded to also put the same amount on the second one with that is supposed to have extra rice.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the food but these people have no clue how to treat long time customers. The same dude serves me every time and knows I go often. But now he insists on a charging me 50 cents for two tiny 1 cent hot sauce packets. Like honestly dude, I spend an easy $100 bucks here a month and I can’t even get a hot sauce packet with my food. This place is the only spot in the whole Des Moines area that has the teriyaki like I grew up with on the west coast. I pass 2 other shopping malls to get to this one only so that I can buy this. We may do other shopping while we are there but its the only reason we make the special trip. They always have atleast 1 or 2 people waiting for their food the weekends seem to be the worst for a line and I think there were 6 people waiting to order and about 8 plates already ordered when I got in line but it still only took maybe 12 to 15 minutes to...
