Rally House Jordan Creek Town Center — Local services in West Des Moines

Horrible customer service, no one would help me, no one greated or spoke to me. I was trying to use the long hook to check for a size on the upper rack, I turned around once and caught them watching me and they quickly looked away. Two younger ladies/women were just standing at the counter "working". I know it's the holiday season and a Saturday but they weren't busy, a couple others walked in and I noticed they greated them. But they were white, now maybe it wasn't the case. But I paid attention and it seemed to be the case. I walked around and walked right in front of them and another worker who just spoke to another customer, and tried to make eye contact with her and not a word. I walked all around, and No one spoke to me on 12/09...

We enjoy the store but the service is lacking. We made an online purchase while in the store. Got home and realized the shipping was incorrect. Called the store the same day to get it fixed. This was on 3/8/25, we were told it would be fixed, 5 phone calls made no help, repeated request for call backs from the manager to get a status update and no call received. Here we are 3/14/25 and it shipped to the wrong address and we had to call USPS to try to intercept. No communication or help from the store staff, that’s disappointing especially with how much we go to get our ISU/ IA...

As it always is with Rally House, it was another pleasant experience, I was greeted quickly, asked what I was looking for, shown around the entire area where I could find what I wanted, and then left alone so that I could make my own decision. This approach was perfect for me and exactly how I was trained when I worked retail a very long time ago!! This is a normal experience for me at Rally House, and I will continue to shop at Rally House and recommend this store to others.
