I went to the store to exchange some jeans I had bought online. Staff was very unfriendly and snarky. No one even said hi or acknowledged I was there at first when I went to the counter. They finally helped me and I went to go find the jeans, I couldn’t, and I asked for help. The worker I asked then proceeded to have an attitude, THEN tells me they don’t even carry one of the jeans in store… why would you not tell me that in the first place? And you’re gonna be rude to me? Give me a break. I understand working in retail is not very fun, as I do as well. But I was kind to the staff and expected that in return. After having a bad experience at J Jill, we were fortunate enough to be helped by a girl named Emma. She was amazing! Despite it being busy, Emma was super sweet and energetic. She went out of her way to assist us and made our shopping experience so much better. Her positive attitude and helpfulness really stood out....

Customer service has been a hit or miss since it first opened. The layout and atmosphere is what makes it so unique. I purchase most items here for gifts.
