Second Source Computer Center — Local services in West Goshen Township

I cannot say enough Great things about Second Source. I purchased a computer there and was very frustrated that it was only a couple times I had used it in several months and it wasn’t connecting. I tried numerous suggestions from my neighbor but with no success. I called second source but had no idea how I was going to explain what was happening and I am a nurse so I know nothing about computers. Long story short the owner came to my house not only fixed but also put a wireless adapter on my computer at no charge!!!!! Who does that anymore? I love supporting family-owned small businesses so I was pleased to find that Second Source not only fit that criteria, they were also very professional, talented and helpful. In addition to computer repair, I have bought at least three computers (PCs and Macs) from them, from used laptops to a new computer that was cheap and basic but after they added programs, was worth a lot to me. As a professional writer who also works with "desktop" publishing (now designing for "on demand" digital printing) , I need a place where my questions are answered. I used to work here about 10 years ago but I started shopping here back in high school in the mid-90s. I still buy parts from John now when fixing friend's systems. I've seen comments about pricing. I can tell you, from working there, that you get every bit you pay for. The service level you get is first rate and the technicians I worked with are first rate! I have also seen John cover things under warranty that no other business does, going so far as to walk customers through their broadband and network setups over the phone.
