Wonder West Chester — Restaurant in West Goshen Township

I WONDER if it's microwaved... so after my wife wanted to try this place, I decided to go against my better judgement to order from a ghost kitchen / food hall and let me tell you that was a bad decision.

The food quality was horrendous, I know these places prepare pre-made foods to serve but the quality was severely lacking. The chicken my wife got was effectively rubber, and my pasta was no better than stauffers frozen. We got mozzarella sticks too and one of them didn't have any cheese in it which was just kind of funny. I will say the only thing that was decent, but absolutely not a saving grace, was the greens and vegetables my wife's chicken came with were very fresh.

I'll end this by saying we used a 50% off coupon (which maxed at 20 bucks off) and still spent $42 (that did include tip and delivery which was quick) but if we didn't we would've paid 60+ bucks for food I would not eat again if they gave it to me for free... you can look at my other reviews, im usually very positive and very lenient but don't support this ghost kitchen/food hall crap that serves subpar product at exorbitant prices.

I have never seen such a ridiculously disrespectful employee anywhere. I waited at the cash register for 30 minutes. He was talking profanely to his own colleagues in the back and even though I called out to him repeatedly, the cash register employee did not pay attention to me. I waited there for 30 minutes to place my order and told me it would be ready in 20 minutes and went back to the back and did not pay attention to me at all. I have never seen such a disrespectful employee anywhere. I hope you fire this employee as soon as possible or you will be unable to do business here. He speaks profanely to the people working in the back and does not pay attention to the customers at all. I waited in front of the cash register for 30 minutes. I have never seen such a ridiculous thing in my life. He speaks profanely to the people working in the back and I am so angry that I don't know what to write. This incident happened this Sunday and I am talking about the woman at the cash register who works on the weekends as well. I hope you really fire this woman as soon as possible or I will file a complaint...

We placed an order for a family of 4, all of which had different palates. We ordered from 3 different restaurants: Alanza, Fred’s meat and Bread, and LimeSalt. This was extremely helpful for us as we can never agree on a restaurant for takeout. This made it easy. The food was ready as soon as we arrived. I LOVED my eggplant parm, the sauce was fresh and tasty. I’d give my meal a 5/5. My husband got chicken parm and pasta with vodka sauce, said it was okay but still preferred his local Italian place so gave his 3/5. My son got a bowl from LimeSalt and really liked it, gave it a 4/5. My daughter ordered a burger and fries from Fred’s. She liked the fries but not the burger. She self admits she’s picky but loves that restaurant in Georgia so she will definitely order from that menu again, 3/5. I will definitely go back again and try other dishes. Love the concept but want my family to be happy with it too but they are not totally convinced, need to try more dishes. Overall give it a 3/5.

Regarding the service, the order was ready and pickup was easy, 5/5.
