Well let’s start at the end. The kitchen is absolutely awesome. When we started our project one of the goals was to create more “workspace” as well as an informal area for friends and family to gather. John Noland “knocked it out of the park” with the island, cabinet and appliance layout. Stacy Nass and Don Pitt were great to work with during the construction phase as well as the other craftsmen that were involved.
Our kitchen was about 18 years old and we were looking at a complete makeover. We had a budget to work within and knew we would need to make some “tradeoffs” along the way. However one “must have” was a “high end” range and an exhaust hood that actually works and exhausts outside (our previous hood recirculated into the kitchen....absolutely useless). We had done some research and were leaning toward a Wolf. CCK&B happened to be a Miele dealer and John could offer us a good price on multiple Miele appliances. Back to the research department and we got comfortable with the Miele brand and went with a range (36 inch, 6 burner, dual fuel), exhaust hood and dishwasher from Miele. We are very happy we did. They are all great products. We wanted to go with a Miele refrigerator too but started to hit the budget limit so John referred us to Ferguson’s appliances. We ended up with a Bosch counter depth refrigerator which we are very happy with also. The people at Ferguson’s were great to work with and we got a microwave and ceiling fan there too.
The Fieldstone cabinets are very nice. Lots of storage and high quality. We also had added to the scope of the project re-carpeting an adjoining family room and replacing the vinyl flooring in a laundry room. For those items we worked with Avalon Flooring and they did a very good job too. They also did the backsplash which looks great with a magnificent piece of granite for the island and counter tops that came from AAA Hellenic Marble Inc.
We redid the wood flooring that ran all the way from the front door; through the kitchen and dining room; to the back door connecting to the garage. This was a point of great debate as originally we planned to replace the existing wood flooring but due to budget limitations opted to have the floor sanded and refinished. What a great decision!!! Much cheaper and Aspen Flooring did phenomenal work. Everytime we look at the floor we wonder why we even thought of replacing it.
The whole project took about 6 weeks to complete. We had expanded the painting component to include the family room, laundry room, foyer and hallway. So the painting team of Nick and Mark from RA Snyder were with us quite awhile. Once again, high quality work and really nice people.
During the construction phase we did hit some “potholes”. However in each instance John, Stacy and Don came up with a good solution and made sure we were completely satisfied
In the future we may have a smaller scope project on redoing a bath room or two.... We have CCK&B on the speed dial when we move...
Read moreWhat a kitchen! CCK&B truly transformed our house to feel more like a home! We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Initially, we met with John Noland to review the kitchen design and layout. John’s proposal was inclusive of a CAD drawling and it was exactly what we were looking for! We not only went with a completely new kitchen but also renovated the rear of our home; inclusive of laundry and powder room. John listened to what we were looking for, put it on paper and made recommendations that were spot on. Stacy PM’d the project and made sure we were satisfied with the progress. She would regularly checkpoint with us and was super helpful with her ideas! Any questions we had for her were quickly answered. Stacy kept us at ease. It was a pleasure dealing with her throughout the remodel.
Once the carpentry portion of the project began, we were introduced to Greg and Russ. Their attention to detail and accuracy was very commendable. Greg was thorough in his explanations and set expectations for accomplishments to be achieved the following workday. We quickly moved along to the plumbing portion of the project. Mike collaborated with John and Greg and came up with some great ideas to reduce and eliminate a bulky soffit. We still cannot believe what he did was possible! Next, we quickly were done with drywall, painting and flooring. The cabinets arrived and so did Guy for the installation. Guy installed all of the base cabinets level and true so we could get the granite template completed. It was amazing to see someone enjoy his craft so much. He has such a passion for finish woodwork. The cabinets are amazing!
We felt completely comfortable trusting CCK&B in our home. They were the right choice for our project! All of the staff that represented CCK&B did so in a super professional and respectful way. Without question, we will be having CCK&B back for our Master...

I was referred to Eric Adams of Chester County Kitchen and Bath by a work colleague and I am very pleased with my experience and the end result!
I was a bit overwhelmed by the idea of renovating my kitchen, but working with Eric made the process much easier and enjoyable. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products he is selling, he accommodated my design ideas and he is professional, responding to my emails almost immediately.
Chester County has a wide variety of cabinetry (grades and price points) to choose from. I looked around at other dealers and Chester Co had the best selection of reasonably priced, quality cabinets and the finishes that I was looking for. My final decision was Fieldstone Cabinets – Perimeter (Farmington Door Style - Maple -Shale); Island (Farmington & Xanda Door Styles - Rustic Alder– Slate) and the countertop – Fantasy Brown.
The design process with Chester County Kitchen and Bath was very helpful for me to visualize my kitchen before I made a commitment to the cabinetry/countertops. Working with Eric was the answer for me. I selected my cabinets along with the finishes and renderings were done for me. It showed how my kitchen would look from every direction. When I made changes, Eric updated the renderings. This helped me visualize the end product and ultimately gave me the kitchen I was...
