Express — Local services in West Hartford

Don’t waste any of your time or hard earned money at the express at westfarms mall in west Hartford ct. I tried returning a body suit that drastically shrunk in one wash and all 7 people I’ve spoken with concerning this issue are horrid and intentionally deceptive. Their business and behavior is disgusting. When I asked for first names so that I could lodge a formal complaint, the “manager” Julio Castro refused to give it to me. I told him I just wanted a first name and a first name is not personally identifiable information and and he continued to refuse. Customer service have even worse and less helpful if you can even imagine that. They said they tried contacting the store and they are refusing to answer their phone so they can’t do anything without confirming the purchase at the store when I’ve emailed them the receipt and a picture of the item. This was an absolutely disgraceful waste of my time and money. There is a complete lack of courtesy and respect. Do not buy anything from this store unless you are okay spending $44 to be able to wear something exactly one time. They refused to take it back citing it was worn and washed and that they only return funds if it’s new with tags. I told them I purchase it ONE week ago and read them their OWN policy about how the worn and washed policy does NOT include defective items. One of the representatives said told me an item is defective as soon as its worn and washed which is literally the opposite of what their policy is online. Myself and fiancé were at express at Westfarms mall looking for formal suit for him. Eldi went above and beyond for us. He even took the time and patience to sort and find the right size the right color and the fit at an amazing price. Omg I cannot express how happy I am and most appreciative of Elda customer service.
