My recent experience was terrible. Men’s section specifically. I was shopping for my husband and when I went to the register I was standing there for 10mins with no assistance. I did not see a sign that said the register was closed. There were workers out on the floor folding clothes but did not ask if I needed assistance or say anything about this register being closed. Had another customer waiting to be assisted too and they took it upon themself to go behind the counter and scan her stuff ( I assume price checking). I personally just left the stuff at the counter and left. Staffing at stores is getting ridiculous with the “customer service” it doesn’t exist anymore. I called Corporate as well to make a complaint and they did not care either. Unbelievable! No wonder stores...
