Sad to say they have very poor business practices. They changed a watch battery for my mother but failed to specify their unfamiliarity with Movado watches. After changing the battery, they didn’t fully seal the watch, which allowed water to enter when she washed her hands. This water damage broke the watch, but Instead of admitting their mistake, they wanted to charge $150 to repair the damage they caused. Despite the staff being very nice, it doesn’t compensate for their failure to take responsibility for their mistakes.

Update: they further specified, directly to my mother, that they would not work with her to fix the watch because of this review. This amazes me! If I acted this unprofessional and targeted clients like this I would be fired...

This is really a 5 star jewelry store. We have had numerous great experiences at Leslie's Jewelers over the years buying items like Pandora or other small jewelery items.
