My husband and I live close by and finally got the chance to try Orale Tacos. We were blown away by how great it was...the service was friendly and efficient, the decor and music were authentic and lovely, and the food...I'm not sure I've ever eaten better Mexican food. The guacamole, while expensive (avocados are very pricey, so it makes sense), was one of the most delicious things I've eaten in recent memory. The homemade chips were such a pleasure to eat. We then both got tacos with rice and beans; my husband got the fried pork and I got roasted pork and steak. All we talked about throughout the entire meal was how spectacularly delicious everything was. Unlike other Mexican restaurants, though, the serving sizes are actually quite small (not necessarily a bad thing except when considering prices). The guacamole came in a small bowl with a smattering of chips, and there were maybe only two spoonfuls of beans to accompany the tacos. That was fine, though, because it was actually nice to leave a Mexican restaurant satisfied, but not stuffed to the gills. The price of the beer did give us pause...they just got their liquor license so they're perhaps experimenting with pricing, but we both found that $6 for a small bottle of Modelo was a bit much. All in all, it was a memorable meal, one that we started talking about as soon as we woke up...

The steak burrito was very good, loaded with steak and was large and tasty. Service was prompt and attentive. Still on my return list.. can't wait to try a new dish! Only downside was parking. The lot was absolutely packed, I ended up parking in the old Stiles School next door and walked over.. not a big deal!
First time visit. Got 2 enchilada dinners to go, chicken and beef. Both were very good, served with rice and beans. Place is nicely decorated and appears clean. I was quickly greeted by friendly employees. Definitely on my "To Return" list. Can't wait to try some...
Read moreI typically don’t ever leave a review. But, this place was one to remember. I do not live in CT and was on the way to the beach and really wanted some salsa and tacos. My husband and I walked in and instantly felt “cozy”. As soon as we walked in we were greated and they also had WORSHIP playing! Se sentía la presencia de Dios. Ordenamos tacos al pastor; salsa, y tacos de carne asada. USA necesita más restaurantes como este! La comida estaba RIQUÍSIMA!!! Gracias por ser parte de esta comunidad! This was the first Mexican restaurant I noticed that doesn’t serve alcohol… and we were fine with that! We enjoyed some fresh food at the beach for the fire works! It...
