Big play ground area for kids. There is also a smaller park in the back for smaller kids to play next to the tennis courts. They allow you to have birthday parties there which we have had at The Pavilions which is really nice in the summertime. If you like outside grills bring your charcoal because they also have grills. There's a variety of a sport areas such as tennis courts, a soccer field area, and a basketball court. In the summer time you can sign up your children of all ages to either attend the camp through painter park or to be a certified counselor. Painter Park Park and Recreation is a great center for the West Haven community and its families.
