Extremely horrible experience.i called this place to ask them about having a nite ize car magnet holder for phone for the car and the guy on the phone sounded irritated with me asking.he asked me for the serial number so I gave it to him. He explained that it was in but he didn't know where it will be located in the store. So I drive to the Ace hardware store located in Columbia Pennsylvania when I get there and start looking through the aisles the same man comes to me and says are you looking for something and I explained to him yes I called in about the phone holder and he says over here this is all we have but the one that I asked him about was not there so I grabbed the one that looks almost like mine and when I get to the car after spending $27 for this thing it doesn't have the back piece to hook to the phone, so basically I just bought the ball to stick on my dashboard with nothing to hook to my phone. I'm extremely pissed about this. I cannot believe I spent almost $30 for this thing and don't even have the back piece that connects to the phone to even hook to that. Just a very bad experience that I've had from the moment I've called this place, to the moment I've got there. I just found out that if I go to the one over in ronks Pennsylvania they have it for $10 and it has the back piece to the phone. never again will I come...

Usually this store is my go to place when I am in a pinch. But today I go in and ask an associate for help (she is a tall skinny woman) I wanted to first get some copper color paint and she would not help me! She told me that if she would pick it out then I could go back and tell them that I didn’t like it and she could get in trouble. I told her all I wanted was some choices and I would pick it out. Nope no help and she told me that when I pick it out push a button and someone would help? I went to Lowes and they helped me pick out my color and it looks great! I also got around 300.00 in paint since I have two homes I am working on. I would have rather gave that money to ace but she didn’t want to help. I don’t like to ignored and pushed off. Bad costumer service. I went at 4:45pm in a Sunday and I did not have a chance to look around and I was told that the store was closing at 5pm. I was told by 4 different people to leave because store was closing and some told me several time. I did not even got to buy anything and I was rushed alot to leave when I was not even got a chance to find my item. If you don't want some one coming in at 4:45 just don't let people in at all. And before that I called and was but on hold for olmost 30min. I hope they change not for me but for a other costumer. Note I was out of the store at 4:56pm...
