Well, I tell you. I think her name is Bri or they call her Bri, but Yesterday morning when I bought my compressor tester loaner tool. She told me Who I needed to talk to about the expired toolboxes. I looked down, and an over liked a saw a bald Gorilla sized man wearing a what was it it was either a San Francisco or the college team Jersey. Don’t know I don’t watch it. I just work. I realize who I was looking at it was Josh Haulman the regional manager, But he wasn’t wearing uniform so I didn’t ask. I give a five star review for Bri because she reminded me about the toolboxes that I need for my truck and I appreciate her because I’ve been very very busy with work traveling to Jersey, New York, basically off the states, but I appreciate her for doing her job and helping me out finding the right product for my truck! I give her a five star review. I don’t know her last name but they call her Bri. She’s the commercial manager and she does her job right even better than Fred “the store manager” or “in training” and doesn’t want to do his priority that he supposed to be doing as a manager because I’m a loyal customer of Autozone I’ve seen who done the work who hasn’t done the work. Also need to add manager, Barry Jordan, and a William or good managers and do their job. I’ve seen them do their work instead of sitting on their, excuse my French their ass an do their job. But I do give this AutoZone a five star review because most of their workers are 100% On point with their jobs and get shit done. This is my second time I’ve been in a situation where I needed help. I like things handled quickly, and correctly!! Last December 2019, after leaving a garage getting new tires , my yearly inspection, oil change etc. I left to go wash my car after. When I went to leave my vehicle didn’t start right up like usual. The battery !! I was exhausted!! I called auto zone. I spoke with Matt Nissley. He was patient, understanding, thorough, courteous, had excellent knowledge of the many questions I threw at him. He took care of everything. He went above and beyond with his service. I had and have complete trust in him. I only go there now if he’s working . It is refreshing to know that some people still really care!!! I just went back again for another issue. I called ahead to see if he was working. He was !!! PTL!! I’ve never left a review of any kind before on anything. Since Covid I shop all the time on amazon. I Still never left a review good or bad, or took the time to. . Until tonight . 9/22/24: I came back to this location today because I was having trouble with my battery. This will be my go-to Auto Zone location from now on!

They never let me down. Today, Fred helped me: he checked out my battery, determined the battery was fine and my issue was actually a loose connection. Tightened it up and helped me understand what was happening!

The service here is consistently excellent. Thanks for all you do - I appreciate it!

8/18/24: Jordan saved the day! I had just moved from the west coast a day earlier, shipped my car cross-country and discovered one of the headlights was out.

I went to two different AutoZones to find the headlights I needed. Jordan at this location went above and beyond to help me out!

He made sure I had the correct replacement bulbs (the type I thought I needed wasn’t the best option). He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Jordan even took the time to install the new headlights for me in the blazing heat/humidity!
