We purchased 2 phones and were told our charge would be $120 per month. The first month it was $342. This months bill will be $168. We have been made promises that have not been kept. When this issue is corrected, I will update the review. Buyers beware. Received a text message that I would have a response from Verizon by 8PM 6-13-25. I received NO response. I looked up my on line phone bill and have discovered I'm being charged for 4 phones not 2! The other 2 phone numbers are in another state.

Read moreDid an in store pick up for an iPhone 13 I purched through the Verizon app. I picked it up at this location. It took over an hour to process the phone. Deja took care of me and was really nice however it seems that TCC has major their sofware/system. This was the 3 time I did an instore pick up and I had issues every time but nothing to this extent.
It didn't help that the phone I purchased was improperly logged in the system as iPhone se. Deja was doing a good job however it seems like her manager has too much on his plate and couldn't really help to the fullest. Basically told Deja to call an 800 number.

Kashema and the rest of the staff there are outstanding! I was never rushed. They listen to everything my family needed and provided me with the best options for my budget.
