Their customer service is good when you are in the store. But beware if you have to order anything. I ordered a sofa and chairs. It was supposed to take 6-7 months to get. I ended up waiting for a year. I understand there were supply chain issues. But you would think they could call me or email me with an update once in a while. I had to call every single time. It took months for anyone to apologize for the delay. The manager did nothing to help me feel better about the situation. I finally received all of my furniture only to discover that the sofa is way too firm making it unusable. I did get some new cushion inserts at my request. But after everything that has happened they have lost me as a customer. I have purchased quite a bit of furniture from them before. But after this experience I will never buy from them nor recommend them again. Giving them one star is being generous.

UPDATE: The VP of the company contacted my wife and I. She was very nice and assured us that management is aware of the situation and that they are taking action to communicate better and do better at preventing this type of situation in the future. I got online today to see a one star review of CF Home that angered me. I discovered them in July of this year, and I can’t tell you how wonderful and fabulous the service was. The salesperson, Mary, who I worked directly with was retiring the week after my sale was made. She left her clients and records in the extremely capable hands of the remaining employees at CF Home, and they were beyond accommodating to both me and my family. Not only did I purchase a number of pieces, but so did my parents. They helped me to arrange pickup from their warehouse by a moving company (hired by me) for transport and delivery to my parents 2 hours away from SLC, and they ALWAYS returned calls happily. I can’t begin to say how fabulous I think this store and its staff are. The prices are ALWAYS reasonable, and I have wandered back a number of times. I might even go back this weekend to shop once more only because I enjoy working with them, and they stage their pieces so wonderfully. Their furniture is so much more appealing than the typical big box stores, but you aren’t paying premium pricing. HIGHLY HIGHLY...

I love this store so much! We bought our dining set here in 2021 and while it took forever to arrive because of the COVID delays and shipping yard delays, they kept us informed every step of the way. We decided not get to the matching barstools at the same time as the table but I went in this weekend during their sale and finally made the purchase. I'm so grateful they still sell the full line furniture we bought a few years ago. I love the style of furniture they have here and the atmosphere being in the old mill. I can't wait for our barstools to come in. I cannot remember who we worked with for the table but yesterday I worked with Tara and she's so helpful, remembered me from last week when I went in to make sure they still sold the same brand, and was able to help me make my order very quickly.
